Gotham City- 2100

Batman activates the Bat-Wing and has it set on pursuing Paradox if he were to show himself. Meanwhile, Batman had to find another exit.

In the next room, Dolly kneels by her sleeping aid, Mama, and her frozen playmate, Play-Doh. She glances up at Batman. "Oh...hi Batman...you play really good. Even Mama couldn't keep up," she says, poking her aid who remains knocked out on the floor.

Batman looks at her and offers a hand. "Let's go, Stephanie.". It was either going to be the easy way, or the hard way.

Dolly stares at his hand and then looks up at him. "But Stephanie can't go right now. She's helping me try and wake up Mama and Play-Doh," she says,

"I will get one of my friends to help them wake up.", he promised her.

Dolly looks back at them. She then looks up and takes Batman by the hand. "Okay," she says. "Where are we going?"

"To a place where you will get whatever a little lady such as yourself could need.", Batman says as they leave. He calls Bat-Girl.

Bat-Girl responds from the Bat Cave. "Hey, Batman. I can see communications are back up. You get anything good?"

"I got a few traces on Paradox, as well as a special girl with me right now who I need help with escorting."

"I'll be right out," Bat-Girl says, running off.

She later drives herself to Batman's position to find him with Dolly. "Ah, so you got her. Yeah, she sure is a slippery one. So what's the deal with this Paradox guy?"

"He's looking for revenge towards the previous wearer of the cape, I guess. I'm not quite sure but I will have to do some research."

(heading to bed, see ya. Have a good one)

"I'm on it," Oracle says over the cowl.

(All right, you too.)

"Thanks, I knew I could count on you.", Batman says. "I'll bring back a few DNA fragments but I'm not sure we'll get anything out of it."

"I'm looking into it. No it can't be the last bearer of the Batman mantle. It was too long ago. Maybe you did something as Red Robin to him and he was able to deduce you were the same person. I'm looking over any case files here."

"How come I can't... hmm, okay, thanks.", Batman says.

Little under an hour later, Oracle contacts Batman. "Eureka. I'm a genius. And apparently so is he. The evidence all points to this. Some time ago, Red Robin was taken on by Danny Hicks, Gotham's #1 Answer Man or whatever. The event took place on national television. Red Robin won. Prior to this, though, Hicks was a scientist for S.T.A.R Labs and get this. He was working on neural devices. He must have figured out how to use it to erase the memory from everyone in Gotham because I don't even remember it."

"I faintly remember something... but if it was such a big deal then I would've remembered it", Batman says.

"Maybe he really did erase it from everyone's memories. I can't find any recordings of that day or anything. Just one tidbit saying that it happened."

"Maybe it's hidden... and maybe we can bring the memory of that day back."

"Hey, when you figure a way to do that, I'm all ears."

"I just need to find Marko.", Batman tells her.

"Marko? The journalist?"

"Yes.", Batman says. "He can help us."

"If you say so. Good luck."

"I'll find him and get him to the cave.", Batman says.
