Gotham City- 2100

"Is that so?" Cat-Woman says.

"That is so. Why do I keep finding you around Venom smuggling and Aerocorp's business?"

"Oh please. I could care less about Aerocorp. The Venom is my only concern. Venom cost me the life of someone very...important...to me. A personal vendetta and no business or concern of yours."

"Although perhaps a concern", Batman admits. He restrains Caliber. "Fine. Leave."

As Cat-Woman leaves, Bat-Girl looks up at Batman curiously.

Batman watches Cat-Woman leave and then glances to the side at Bat-Girl.

"You plan on telling me what's going on or is it off limits information?"

"Off limits", Batman says leaving Caliber and Bat-Girl behind as he heads for the Bat-Mobile.

"Uh, are we taking her to Arkham or what?" Bat-Girl says as she's left by Caliber's unconscious body.

Batman got the Bat-Mobile closer and got Caliber in the vehicle.

"Oh...I knew that."

Elsewhere, Brass stands on a rooftop with her arms crossed. She hadn't been wrong. There were reasons beyond the competence of her company that she was concerned with eliminating venom. But one could not merely tell from looking into a mind so obviously broken.

The commissioner stands at the gates of Arkham, looking about as the two bats pull up. "I got the message in. You got one of them back?"

"Yes. One.", Batman says and as he pulls Caliber out of the car and puts her down infront of him.

"Well, one is better than nothing. Frost, Dolly, Automaton, and a lot of other 'super criminals' are still out there but with every one put back in here, things'll get better for Gotham."

"That's what we're working towards.", Batman says heading back to the car.

"Guys, I'm getting weird reports of a freak electrical storm that's only taking up downtown Gotham. May want to look into that."

"...Really?", Batman says revving up the engine before driving.

"Yes really. It's tearing up the area and it's only happening over that one section of Gotham," Oracle says.

"We'll be there", Batman says.

Bat-Girl races off ahead and when nearly there, she sees a massive surge of lightning strike down from the sky. "Whoa!"

Batman stops the car and tries to use the computer to analyze it.

Analysis Unfruitful. "Wait what? What is there that the computers can't analyze?"

"Magic," Oracle says over the com. "At least magic doesn't interfere with my communications."

Suddenly a girl in a black skin-tight outfit with a yellow lightning bolt along the front erupts through a building wall in front of the Bat-Cycle. She opens her eyes and rolls out of the way before Bat-Girl can hit her. She then stands up.

"Bat-Girl, stand back", Batman says as he looks at the girl. Magic?

From the settling dust from the smashed wall of that building emerges another girl, eyes glowing solid white and giving off electrical surge. The girl then begins to hover in place before ascending.

The one in black looks back to Bat-Girl and Batman before taking off into the air, only to be locking in grips with this other one.

"Don't you think you should be helping, you two?" Oracle says.

"Which one?" Bat-Girl says, watching in awe.

"And considering the power they're displaying; How?", Batman says. He activates the vehicle, making it transform into a Bat-Wing. "Oracle, can you analyze the other girl?", Batman asks as he prepares to use a sonic weapon.

"You're Batman, remember? You'll figure something out," Oracle reminds him after hearing his first statement.

Oracle then does as she is asked and analyzes the second and by far more furious of the two. Feral, even, but not magic. She wasn't human but nor mythical. "I have a reading on that one. She's...well...something. Strange atomic structure though. If I didn't know any better, I'd say she was...a clone. Here are her biological specs. Some of them aren't very readable. Superpowers sure but I've never see some of this outside of Superman."
