"Space, though...I bet it's real quiet usually, huh?"

"No sound in the vacuum." Green Lantern nodded.

"So how long til we get to...what's the place called, again?"

"Oa." Green Lantern said. "And not long, we're almost there."

"You aren't much of a talker, are you?" Star concedes.

"Sorry, I've just got a lot on my mind is all." GL said. "Why did Mongul II attack?"

"To sooth his ego after you all escaped his dad on War World," Star says.

GL shook his head. "Well I'm sure his ego is soothed now."

"He did break Angelica's arm and my staff. Getting a beat down from Superman is something he's probably used to by now," Star says, looking down at the pieces of her staff.

"We'll get that fixed." GL assured her.

"Thanks," Star smiles. "So...do you have any idea who might've been pulling the strings that got you all sent to War World and us attacked by an army of villains?"

"No idea but we're working on it." GL said. "And we'll stop them."

"Still...it'd be nice if we knew what we were stopping. We don't have any idea what they want, other than to make things difficult for us. I have a feeling they knew this wasn't gonna keep us down for long. Like we're being tested."

Green Lantern looked over. "They want us gone, you're right this was just a probing attack. All good conquerors send in attacks to test defenses before the big strike."

"Felt more like we were just being toyed with," Star mumbles to herself. "So do you, uh...like bein' a Lantern? Bein' able to help out on that kind of scale?"

"Oh yes I do." GL said. "Best thing to ever happen to me was being chosen by the ring. Sure it's a lot of responsibility but I live for helping others."

"Oh, right...ring's gotta choose you," she says. "So how much farther?"

"We're here." GL said as they arrived at Oa.

Star looks up with wide eyes. "Holy...just wow," she says. "This is gorgeous. Oh, right, here to see the Guardians. Business. So...can I breathe out here or-?"

GL nodded. "Yeah." He said dropping the field ad heading to see the Guardians.

Star looks around on the way to the guardians. "This is surreal," she says.

GL smiled a bit. "First time I was here I was pretty excited as well."

"Is there anything I need to know about speaking with the guardians? I don't wanna make ya look bad or anything," Star says.

"Just be respectful." GL said. "I'll do most of the talking anyways."

"Respectful...got it," she says.
