DC Universe- 2100

"You're on fire, Brass. As always. Oh, right, brooding, got it.", Derek says with a sheepish smile, taking a sip of his champagne.

Lorelei once again finds herself sitting on the rooftop, now in her Bat-Girl outfit and looking inside through a skylight.

Derek took a quick glance up before looking away again. "So... are you on edge?", he asks Brass.

"No mistakes this time" Delilah said "we kill everyone. Chemo, can you mix something deadly and fast acting?"
"Of course" Chemo smiled

Bat-Girl begins to pick up peculiar disturbance from nearby. "Hm? That's weird," she says.

"Alright, go do your thing" Delilah said "Blade, go keep our unwanted guest busy."

"It doesn't seem like anything's about to happen.", Derek says.

Brass can suddenly sense a feeling of danger in the room and looks around. "Yeah, it's pretty boring around here. I expected to at least SEE Wayne if not talk to him.

"Same here.", Derek says and finishes the rest of his champagne.

"Mr. Wilson, Miss Brass a pleasure to see you here tonight" the head of Wayne International said greeting them hiding his displeasure at thier still being alive. "I hope you are enjoying yourselves."


Blade came behind Batgirl shoving her from the ledge.

Bat-Girl suddenly grabs her bat-claw and hoists herself back up onto the roof. She lands with her cape draping most of her body as she looks around. "Okay...hide and seek then," she mutters as she stands and walks around.


Brass then turns to see Wayne standing before her. "Oh, hello, Mr. Wayne. Long time, no see," she says, now feeling that something was very wrong.

"I'm not a Wayne" he corrected "there hasn't been a Wayne in charge of this company for thirty years at least."


Several blades come flying at Batgirl form the dark.


Delilah and her men easily find thier way into the building taking over the security room. "Now Chemo, release your deadly toxin."
Chemo nods "Lethal and fast as you've asked. I've also made it undetectable. They won't know what is going on until it is too late." He smiled releasing his toxin throughout the building.

"Kind of defeats the purpose," Brass says, staring off. "So how are you dealing with all of these recent high-class deaths? Boosting security at all?"


Bat-Girl turns and expands her cape, using it as a shield as the blades bounce away. She then throws several batarangs into the darkness.

"I'm not too worried about it. It is unfortunate but these deaths have allowed me to expand."


Blade came out from his cover charging at Batgirl easily dodging the batarangs.

Bat-Girl's eyes widen as she tucks low and forces her weight at his legs, forcing him to flip over her. She then springs up and throws two more batarangs at him.

Blade twists in the air avoidign them and landing on his feet throwing a few blades of his own at her.


A waiter falls over suddenly dropping the tray of drinks he was carrying. Nearby a woman screams as her husband falls over bleeding from his eyes only to fall on top of him dieing.

Brass then turns to Snow who holds, in her hand, a briefcase. Snow then opens the case and hands Brass a breathing apparatus after putting one on herself. Brass then hands one to Derek and the Wayne head. "I was smart enough to know to carry things like this around at all times after the last time. A sleeping toxin was used in the smokescreen at the party we were attacked at before." Brass then turns and tries to find an exit.

Bat-Girl ducks below the blades, one merely grazing and cutting the suit but she herself was fine. Bat-Girl then stands near the ledge of the building.

"Than..." he drops before being able to take the mask.

Delilah smiled watching them on the monitors. "Well done Chemo, tell me will those three with the mask survive?"
"There are more than one way to contract a virus. It may protect them for a short time but in the end, they too will die."

Brass then looks around. Death on all sides. She then takes the case from Snow and runs off, having noticed that Derek was gone. She finds her way to a secure location and pulls a number of other devices from the bag, one being an air toxicity reader. In this particular area, there was no gas as of yet. She then pinches herself and analyzes her blood on a scanner, Snow coming around the bend with no mask. "Snow, the longer I'm around you, the more I question what you are," Brass says, glancing up as her acquaintance rounds the corner.

Snow glances at the reader. Only minor blood readings of toxicity. Nothing that couldn't be taken care of later given Brass' resilience and abnormal healing speed. "Ms. Williams, will you be calling on-"

"Not until these security cameras are all out. There aren't any in the bathrooms but whoever's doing this would have gassed those rooms individually."

"Very well. Would you like me to-"

"Please and thank you," Brass says, tossing Snow the keys without looking. At this, Snow leaves for the parking garage.


Meanwhile, Bat-Girl stands at the ledge of the rooftop and looks around.

Blade kicks her off the ledge following after her.


Delilah sent her men to make sure none of them could get out of that room.

Snow makes her way to the doorway from the main building to the parking garage.


Bat-Girl then expands her cloak again and uses it to glide to another rooftop after grappling this one with her Bat-Claw, ragging him with her. After a rough landing, Bat-Girl gets up and jumps down into the alley below.

Blade rolls to his feet followin her down.


Snow is attacked by Delilah's men.

Snow merely tilts her head when the men arrive. She looks around and closes her eyes. She then proceeds to the door.

Bat-Girl appears to have landed poorly as she begins to run off into the alley on a limp.

The men attack Snow keeping her from the exit.


Blade catchs up to her quicky grabbing her cape and pulling her down to the ground hard

Bat-Girl then turns over with a grin. "Joke's on you," she says as suddenly the bat cycle appears and slams into him, allowing her to get up and dust off just as the Bat-Wing flies by overhead. She then grapples back up to the roof and quickly grabs the drop, her Firefly suit. She then hides as she changes into that before going back out to search for the target.

Snow merely shoves them all aside and kicks the door open.
