Gotham City- 2100

Ratchet had been nearby the museum, unaware of the sounds coming from it. The beeping continued and she'd been sitting there thinking. However, she began to snap out of hit when hearing muffled yelling from through an open window and turned around, now hearing the beeping. "What the..."

Judgement juggled a Black Bullet like flipping a coin, sitting in the shadows and watching Night Stalker.

Red Robin got out of the museum.

The beeping stopped and the bomb detonated. The blast threw Ratchet clean across the street, causing her to roll to a stop in the middle of the road just as an oncoming truck driver was near. Having been knocked out, she couldn't move out of the way.

Hush had arrived at Brass' manor, snooping around, finding that she wasn't home. She'd been looking for anything as it pertained to Black Mask, finding nothing.

Red Robin landed next to Ratchet, picking her up and grapling them to the roof of a building.

Ratchet weakly looks up at Red Robin and laughs to herself a bit. "Oh, my friend would sure love you," she says, referencing Lorelei as she passes out.

Red Robin sighed and took a look at the burning museum. He got Ratchet to a hospital.

Cat-Woman finds Red Robin on the hospital roof after he'd dropped off Ratchet. "So you're the nice guy that also beats on crooks for a living. Gee, you're looking more and more like a hero by the minute. How noble...how...textbook."

"You sound bothered. Have I struck a nerve with my actions?"

Nightstalker stopped and looked around feeling like he was being followed.

"Oh now what gives you that idea? Just a bit boring is all. Rob any jewelry stores lately?"


Judgement whispered into Night Stalker's mind, almost projecting herself as his conscience. "Why have you stopped. Don't you want to go carry out more justice? The trial today. Bring justice down on that case, why don't you?"

"I should take you in", Red Robin said.

"Now if you did that, not that you could, how wound you hear what I have to tell you about Aerocorp? I'm pretty sure Arkham and Black Gate wouldn't let you in unless you want to share a cell."

"I beat the guy that did it" Nightstalker said "but you're right, there are more responsible."

(thought just hit me about nightstalker, maybe he takes his quest for justice too far by going after families, friends, etc. of those he's already brought down.)

"Don't underestimate me", Red Robin said. "So it's information from a burgular? What's the catch?"

Judgement then appeared from the shadow when Night Stalker was gone, shooting the thug who still clung to life with her death inducing black bullet.


Cat-Woman stood up on the edge of the building. "Well now I'm insulted. Do you want the lead or no?"

Red Robin watched her. "What is it?"

Cat-Woman nodded to the city skyline. "Just keep up," she says, leaping off along the rooftops.

Red Robin followed her.

Cat-Woman landed on one rooftop in the inner city and turned, waiting until Red Robin got there. "You know what building this is?"

"Enlighten me."

"It's the main wing of Aerocorp. No one's here right now. Don't ask me how I know, but there's a weasel in Aerocorp working with Black Mask. I only care because he happens to have some...compromising information regarding myself. Come here," she says, leaping over the side and clinging to the wall, cutting a hole in the glass with her claws big enough for them to jump in through. Using a device on her belt she disables all security systems and jumps in, finding herself in Brass' office and hacking into the computer before standing up and turning the chair. "Take a load off."
