Zeitgeist and Sovereign are quite similar to one another ha.

Are they both primary villains to the League or are we making any big villains for the Titans?

I dunno. The best I can describe him is a combination of Kang the Conqueror's influence and resources, Darkseid's threat level, and Dr. Doom's diplomatic immunity. I think he'd be a bit beyond what the Titans can handle, at least on their own.

Zeitgeist I've designed to be a Derek/Edgar foe since he's coming after Wayne Enterprises right now, but he can be a Teen Titans villain.

Deathstroke I'll obviously have as a Teen Titans/Nightwing foe primarily but he's also just a merc/vigilante now.

New villain Servo will act as a Teen Titans villain primarily but also as a Bat-Family villain too.

I think Sovereign will mainly serve as a Superman villain and occasionally a Justice League. Since he's more overall powerful than the present Superman, it'd be a good challenge. His trademark is taking the symbols of those he defeats so seeing him fight Superman and other heroes heavy on symbolism will be cool.

I agree, I've edited Superman giving him an indomitable will and drive, but he'll only start using them after fighting Sovereign. Sovereign will kick him down and make him realize he isn't as good as the original so he'll train rigorously to close the gap and get him on par with old Supes eventually.

Yeah. Even then it'd more likely than not be a stand-still since Sovereign is pretty much on the old Supes's level without accounting for all of his tech and resources. It's even possible he could fight the Justice League to a stand-still if not outright win assuming everything at his disposal is accounted for. He's going to have a really interesting arc later.

Well like you said he's Darkseid-level.

I'm just going to have Sovereign act as a catalyst to push Cole to another level as it stands Cole is powerful but he isn't Clark yet. That's his thing he wants to be as good at Clark and Sovereign will be the thing that pushes him to achieve Clark's level of power. Basically Cole is Goku in the way he'll be training and pushing himself.

Cool. I had something in mind like that for Super-Girl but more to the effect of maturing a bit.

I think it'll be good to have Superman and Super-Girl grow and mature together. Superman will come to see that Super-Girl isn't a little girl any more and he'll come to really respect her as a hero and not just see her as his daughter who needs shielding.

And Super-Girl would learn to be more appreciative of her dad and what he does, as well as learning to be more responsible and less showy with her powers and whatnot.

I think for her a good one would be that it's her turn to be in charge on the Titans or something and she's disagreeing a lot with mentors and other members at the time. Then the team is nearly wiped out by some majorly threatening villain while she's in charge.

Man that sounds like a good arc for Super-Girl and the Teen Titans. Who'd be the villain though?

I dunno. Sovereign would probably be a bit much for that. Maybe like a mid-tier villain? I don't know all that much of the Titans rogues gallery that wasn't in the cartoon.

Sovereign and Zeitgeist would be too much for the Teen Titans as their Justice League territory, though Zeitgeist will be taking on the Bat-Family soon.

Deathstroke, Servo, Clue, Red Lizard/Claw could all work and would be believable enough to put a dent in the Teen Titans minus their trainers.

I guess I would say Deathstroke or Lizard since Clue really only cares about Batman. Could do Servo since he's also going to be a Titans villain.

I added Mischief and Olympian to that list as "Surveillance Admittance", being that they were essentially forced to join only to keep an eye on them.

Yeah Servo will work, we can do that after Batman and Co. roots him out of Gotham.

Feel free to edit it, I knew I forgot some people and I don't know if Shaun wants Talon in the League or not either.

I've been thinking about crippling Derek at a certain event in an uncertainly permanent manner. This is way ahead, but it'll be another hard time for Derek and him finding another way to be useful, having him be in the shadows controlling a lot of things. It'll also affect his personal life so Joseph will probably end up being asked to take the cowl.

Now we need a Bane like figure to break the Bat again.

I was thinking maybe something happens during one of the larger arcs and Batmans risks his life.

That sounds better yeah, Maybe he could do it during the Zeitgeist arc or Sovereign arc.
