Sounds like a plan to me.

Good plan, what would he want with case? Unless he turns her against Maeror which wouldn't be too hard.

I doubt Turp would really 'want' anything with Case. Seems he just wants to eliminate Cervana because she's a liability at best in his mind (and most of the upper sith minds, really). If anyone wants something out of Case, it seems it'd be Angalacon, seeing as the closest he currently has to an apprentice - Leiliana - is more of a living weapon than anything.

Proposal: he does get to kill Cervana and is about to walk away seeing arden nearby but then he hears case cough or something and is about to take her out too but doesn't for some reason. Maybe the reason is that he might know enough about her to know that she's their prisoner at the moment and if he brought her back it would put him in high favour.

Turpidus spares Case intentionally because that puts her in his debt, and he gets to annoy Angalacon as a bonus (remember, they dislike each other). And that gives me an excuse to write more into their relationship than just "hey, these dudes don't like each other because reasons x, y, and z."
