Gotham City- 2100

"You sure" Frank said "this isn't your problem."

"Hey we're partners. Happy to help." Jack said.

"Thanks" Frank said getting up and heading out. "I know a few of the places she and her friends like to hang, we'll start there."

"Alright." Jack said paying his bill.

Frank paied his check and headed out with Jack.

Jack headed to the car with him and got in.

Frank took off for the part first to look around.

Jack sat back as they drove.

Frank pulled up to the park getting out "She's fifteen, blonde hair and about 5' 5". Her mother said she was wearing jeans, a white top and red jacket when she left."

"Alright." Jack said nodding.

Lorelei had sneaked out, sitting in the park, flipping through a scrapbook of her parents.

Frank went looking through the park for Grace.

Jack was looking through another part of the park

A streak of light blazed through the sky. Frank looked up wondering who or what it could be. He heard an alarm go off a few blocks away and looked around for Jack not spottign him. Frank took off running chaning in a burst of light as he took off towards the alarm and possibly the source of the light.

Lorelei ducks as the two light beings fly by, getting up and following their trails.

"Hey, you with the ski mask and gun and bags of money, stop right there."
The thief looked up expecting Morningstar and chuckled when he saw it was just a girl. He fired up at her as his comrades came out to join him.
"Oh shit, not good." she said dodging the bullets coming at her.
A beam of light hit one gunman in the hand forcing him to drop the gun. The others turned seeing Morningstar floating there with his arms crossed across his chest and his eyes shining brightly.
"I advise you to drop the money and your weapons. I don't have time to deal with you right now."

lorelei watched from behind a bush.

The men dropped the bags and took off running.
"I got em" the girl said flying after them
"No, wait" Morningstar shouted too late. He sighed flying after them, he rounded the corner to see the young girl down on the street holding her shoulder as the men ran further down the street. He shook his head radioing in the robbery telling them where the thieves were last spotted.

Lorelei sees the entire event and takes off after the thieves, staying out of sight.

Frank picked the girl up and flew her to Dr. Kat as fast as he could. He sighed realizing it was grace and gave her mom a quick call.
"Yeah I found her Suze. Yes she's fine, it's kind of late and she's really tired so I'm just going to let her crash at my place tonight. I'll make sure she gets home tomorrow."

Kat stood outside of her home, flipping through her keys to unlock the front door after a long day.

"Frank wha'ts going on buddy?" Jack said over the radio, his gun drawn. He'd heard the gunshots.

Lorelei sneaked up to the corner of an alley the criminals had walked into to catch their breath, hiding by the wall of the building leading into the alleyway.

"Bank robbery, someone was shot. I called it in, theives are probably a few blocks from the bank. I'm taking the shooting victim to the docs." Morningstar said landing behind Kat. "I'll catch up with you later."

Kat heard the sound of something drop to the ground behind her and abruptly turned around. "Wha-...oh, it's you. Listen, thank you for saving me but...oh my god, this girl's been shot!" She unlocked the door and opened it for them. "Lay her on the couch, I'll be right with you."
