Nightwing nodded. "No need to go that fast sometimes."

Mischief pops inside and looks around. "Roomy," she says.

"So what other toys we got?" Karla asks.

Caleb found the security system and smirked. This could be fun to watch. He turned it on making it believe the others were intruders. He leaned back relaxing ready to enjoy the show

"What's that alarm mean? Are we being attacked?"

"Yeah, we're under attack, all right. By an annoying little imp," Karla says, looking around.

"You think it's Caleb? I guess it wouldn't be a surprise...".

Nightwing sighed and took out a device from his utility gauntlet and clicked a button shutting the alarm. "I'll be right back." He said heading off to the control room.

"Damn" Caleb sighed getting up "Such a killjoy."

Nightwing was in the door as he turned around. "What are you doing?"

Caleb shrugged "Testing them."

"I wouldn't." Nightwing said.

"I think I'm gonna go ahead and get some fresh air.", Bastion says and turns to head outside.

"Need some backup?" Karla says. "In case the imp tries to roast you, again?"

"No, I... well...", Bastion stops and turns to her with a pondering expression on his face. "Now that you mention it, if you'd like to join me then I won't object."

Karla shrugs and floats after him. "Sure. S'what friends do, yeah?" She says.

"Fine" Caleb sighed "I remember when you were fun."

"Times change." Nightwing said heading out.

Bastion smiles softly and nods. "Protect them from pyromaniacs, I guess, right?"

"And megalomaniacs and just maniacs," Karla adds with a nod.

"Yeah, just people who are all around crazy.", he agrees as they walk outside to the large deck. "I guess we're all being tested in different ways. Speaking of tests: Do you think the league is gonna spring one on us soon?"

"I'm not worried about the League's test. I'm worried about Batman's," Karla laughs.

"Well, when you put it that way...", Bastion chuckles a bit. "So, you've met him before, I'm guessing? What's he like?"

"Scary. Deranged. Know it all. Good with his sisters, though."

"Right... Well, I guess everybody has some good qualities with them."

"So you're Martian Manhunter's nephew, cousin, what?"
