I had some ideas on the past that would have some effect on the future. First, and probably the biggest, Steve isn't the only super soldier. He was actually able to stop the sabetuer and save the Super Soldier Program. The next candidate- Bucky Barnes, who I think would/should/could go by the name Sgt. Liberty. With the success of the serum the US shared it with the Allies (UK, France, Australia, etc.). Much later, certain members of the Nazi party contact the Allies to assisst them in Operation Valkryie. Cap, Bucky, Union Jack and some other handle some minor details of the operation leaving the bulk of it for the Germans. The operation ends in a success with Hitler's death and restructureing of the Nazi Party. Yeah that's what I had in mind as well. If there's more than one Super Soldier than I might make The Punisher a ex-Super Soldier for the United States in our future.

HistoryThomas Stevenson was selected for the United States Super Soldier Program after distinguishing himself as US Marine in various combat operations during America's "Cold War" with Nazi Germany. One day after returning home to New York City to visit family while on leave he witnessed his entire family and various innocent bystanders get slaughtered during a shootout between to rival mob families. After the Police questioned him about the shootout he lied saying he didn't see any of the gunmen's faces when in fact he saw them all and had committed them to memory. He would exact his revenge. After his leave was up he got an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps but a buddy in the Corps was able to smuggle him out a highly advanced combat suit. Thomas painted it all black and then set out to New York again. Within two weeks he had sent the criminal underworld a message. He had killed the mob bosses of the two families and all of the gunmen as well as anyone who stood in his path. He then took up the mantle of "The Punisher" from the past and has been operating as a vigilante in New York City craving a path of blood and devastation through organized crime.

| cool, guessing the cold war bwtween the nazi's and u.s. last for centuries then? it starts sometime after WWII ends, which I'm going to assume is earlier since germany makes a treaty with the allies (going to say arond 43/44 depending on when Valkryie was attempted) and maybe another year for them to finish off Russia and Japan. So probably around 45 as the start of the cold war, might as well say the year is now 2175 so aprox. 230 years for the cold war? | |

| Yeah, 230 years of Cold War sounds kinda epic, with of course rises and falls in the intensity to where it's keen on and off through the years.
Punisher and Cap are gonna clash alot haha even though they're working towards similar goals.
