Chemo grabs his head digging his thumbs into the eyeholes

Delilah left with Blade while her men and Chemo kept them busy.

Lantern finishes off the remaining pawns and looks around with Firefly. "Where are they?"

"The big bad and her pal? Where all the weasels go. Run off with their tails between their legs. Chalk one up for the bats...and the Gold Lantern."

"I don't appreciate you naming me on your own...no matter how accurate. In any case, we haven't won anything. They got away."

An electric current went through Chemo as soon as his thumbs went past the layer of his mask.

Chemo screamed letting go and backing away smoking "Still infected you" he said before falling

Lantern lands beside Batman and scans him over with the ring. "Don't ask how it works. I don't know," she says. "Minor traces of a toxin...I'm not quite sure what I can do about it but...you know...it's there and all that."

"Great", Batman says. "We'll have to take a blood sample but first we need to go after that woman--", he suddenly trails off with whatever he was about to say and kneels down.

"Nooo, YOU need to get to a hospital," Angelica says, kneeling down to his aid.

"I'll try to find a cure in the mean time," Firefly notes.

Batman injected himself with a syringe and took a blood sample, giving it to firefly. "Here"

Firefly takes the sample and looks up at Batman. "You have no intention of going to a hospital, do you?"

"Go.", Batman tells her sternly.

Firefly then takes off with the sample, heading back to the cave, looking over her shoulder at Batman as she does. "You know she's just worried," Angelica says.

Batman sighs and looks over at Firefly as she looks back, giving her a thumbs up.

"I'll go look for any clue," Angelica says, floating off.

"Alright, thanks", Batman says.

Firefly makes her way back to the cave and sits down, analyzing the blood sample.

"Thank you", Batman says to Firefly over the com.

"Uh-huh," Lorelei says, sitting at the monitors, looking over the analysis.

"I apologise for my behaviour."

"It's all right, Batman. Not a big deal. This is going to take some time looking in to."

"...I'm on my way to the hospital."

"Hospital? What on Earth for, tiger?" Cat-Woman says from a low rooftop, having overheard him.

Batman leans against the wall and looks up at Cat-Woman with weary eyes.

"Oh, you really ain't lookin' too hot. Maybe you can get the ol' Ice-Bucket to cook you up something for the symptoms. Be a lot more satisfying than sitting on the sidelines, I bet."

"You look hot yourself, though.", Batman tells her, stumbling along the wall. "Ice Bucket?"
