Young Justice

Robin walks in and collapses on the sofa when he hears the commotion. "Oh no..."

"You should do something about that," Katie says, flipping through channels on the TV.

"Why don't you do something? You stand the best chance of it out of all of us."

"I'm watching TV," she says.

"You're channel surfing."

"And you're just lying there."

"Useless the both of you." Aaron said getting up and activating Caleb's shock collar, electrocuting him.

"See? He's got it," Robin says.

Lila watches and opens the training room, walking inside and sealing the door behind her.

Caleb dropped to a knee "That the best you got." He slowly started getting back up "Gonna need more than a little shock."

Aaron came up with a escrima stick and cracked Caleb across the face.

Caleb was barely able to block it taking the stick from Aaron as he hit him with an uppercut throwing the stick at Bastion hitting him between the eyes.

Aaron flipped back up as Caleb was throwing and he delivered a crippling punch to Caleb's armpit.

Caleb stumbled to the side "You learn quick"

"You have to in this line of work." Aaron said. "Now give it up or I'll turned up the voltage on that thing."

"Lock me back up if you want, I'll just wait till you're all off on some other pointless mission to escape."

"Well thanks for telling us." Aaron said

"What are you going to do now" Caleb asked

Bastion had taken over the corner of the training room, not really making himself noticable as he did some stretching exercises.

Lila trains against hard light projections of every member of the team, meant to mimic all of their skills, tactics, and the effects of their abilities. First up she fights Robin and Red Hawk. When the Red Hawk hologram attacks with his escrima sticks, she backs up with each swing until the Robin hologram grabs her in a bear hug from behind. She manages to bring her legs up and throw him off with a power drop, rolling out of the way when Red Hawk's projecting tries to strike with his staff. Getting up, she slices the staff back in two with her shield then bashes him away with it.

The Robin projection gets onto a projected glider and uses the glider's grappling cables to bind her, but she kicks off of the nearby wall and jumps up, tacking Robin off. Without him on board, the glider releases her and she uses her chained promethium ball to knock it out of the air. Both projections start to engage with that martial arts capabilities. She back steps, parries, and does everything within her power to avoid being hit. Then, after analyzing them for a moment, she weaves from a punch and jabs the Red Hawk hologram in the ribs, then grabs the Robin one's ankle as it kicks it her, twisting his leg and spinning him in the air.

The both of them come back from this and Robin throws Wing Dings are her low, as Red Hawk leaps up and throws down a series of Red Birds. Lila grabs her shield and back-flips over Robin's volley, landing and deflecting Red Hawk's with her shield when she notices a beeping. The Red Birds were all magnetic. They suddenly detonate with force and she is thrown across the room, flipping to the side and skidding on her feet. She throws her own projectiles, throwing stars, and charges in with her shield, jumping up. The projections attack with their staves but Red Hawk is clipped by her throwing stars, leaving Robin on the attack. She bashes him away with her shield then turns and power drops Red Hawk to the ground, ramming is head to the floor with his shield. When Robin gets near, she turns and throws the shield again, taking off the projections head in the process.

The next projections are Mischief and Bastion. Lila pulls her shield out of the wall and glares them both down. "Initiate," she says.

Bastion watches from afar and arches an eyebrow.

After breaking the Mischief hologram's neck and looting the body, she allows herself to be caught by the Bastion hologram before using a power drop to bring him to the ground. Then she roles out of his grasp and stands there as one of Mischief's bombs goes off at his feet. The last projection is of the martian burning from the flames. Then a Star-Girl projection appears.


"You know, we could just lock him up in orbit," Star-Girl says.

"Inhumane."

"But funny."

"Yes. Very funny."

Bastion sighs inwardly and crosses his arms, continuing to watch her.

When Lila gets to moving around, the Star-Girl projection immediately whips up a gravity bubble around her. She punches to try and get out but the bubble doesn't budge. She growls and bashes it with her shield, then roars and slams it with her chain ball before sitting Indian-style. "Terminate program," she says, staring at the projection as it lets her out. "Everyone. Everyone here but you. I've studied the birds, the martian, the pyro, the clown, the lightbulb...but you...no matter how much I analyze it..." She sizes up the projection. "It's the rod, of course...but getting it away from you before it can get to this stage."

"Well, it's not impossible.", Bastion murmurs from the corner although not inaudibly, sitting up high on a stack of mattresses.

caleb decided to make another shot at heading for the exit while everyone else seemed to have forgotten about him.

Logan slid infront of the doorway. "Whoops, sorry, no."

"Out of my way or this will be your last day."

"You RHYME, TOO! That's quite the talent!", Logan said. "Sorry, not moving!"

"Have it your way" Caleb shrugged kickign him back into a wall.

Logan bounces off of it while transforming into a large chimpanzee and kicks him back across the room with tremendous force.
