DC Universe- 2100

"I can still knock her out.", Manhunter said.

"Waitaminute," Lantern says. "Knocked Out...THAT'S why she's just...getting up. Why all of them are just getting up. They're already knocked out. Brainiac is just using their bodies like puppets. We can't knock out what isn't conscious. We have to wake them up," she thinks.

Manhunter arches an eyebrow hearing her thoughts. "Perhaps."

"In other words, punching her a lot is a smidge counterproductive." She holds up her ring and an arrow points. "That's the direction I'm picking up the Boom Tube activity from. I can go with Superman to deal with Brainiac if Manhunter and GL can hold down the fort here."

"We can.", Manhunter says and nods.

"Done." Green Lantern said.

Superman nodded. "Let's move."

More of the controlled heroes and Brainiac drones begin to approach the area as Wonder-Girl begins to get back up and floats into the air over the heroes. Lantern flies off with Superman toward the direction of the Boom Tube activity.


Suddenly an arrow attaches to the bottom of Batman's Batwing and beeps before emitting an EMP.

Manhunter flies up and tackles Wonder-Girl down to the ground.

The Batwing starts slowing down as it's systems fail. The EMP wasn't strong enough to completely shut him down, though. He lands ontop of a roof,

Green Lantern flew with Manhunter against Wonder-Girl.

Another arrow lands at Batman's feet and starts to beep.


Wonder-Girl floats up with Manhunter still latched on then spins at high speed, throwing him off toward Green Lantern.

Angelica stops at the door of an alien structure. "This definitely isn't Martian architecture. The signal's coming from behind here too. You should try knocking, Supes."

Green Lantern formed a net and caught Manhunter before coming at Wonder-Girl hitting her with a blast from his ring.

Superman nodded and struck a door with a powerful punch to knock it down.

Batman takes cover behind the Batwing and throws batarangs out that hit the walls of buildings around and get stuck. They give Batman a clear picture through sonar technology.

Manhunter flies toward Wonder-Girl but stops as several drones attack.

A spray of Batarangs suddenly fly out toward Batman.


Wonder-Girl flies back then rights herself and rockets at Green Lantern at top speed, laying a punch that throws him into one of the Brainiac overseers.

One of the overseers fires a missile at Manhunter.


The door to the Brainiac base falls down and a hoard of drones attack.

Green Lantern grunted and smashes the Overseer with a energy hammer before enveloping Wonder-Girl in a green orb of energy to restrain her.

Superman breathed in then unleashed a massive super breath freezing most of the drones and overseers in place.

Batman dodges the batarangs as he gets closer to his localized target.

Wonder-Girl looks around then starts punch the bubble, cracking it the first time and expanding the crack more with every punch.

More of the drones start shooting ominous green energy pulses at the two heroes. Lantern shields herself and has her ring point her in the direction of the energy signature's source. "That way," she says. Then she winds back and punches forward, the barrier expanding and crushing the remaining drones in the room. "You good? Those lasers were Kryptonite."


Black Bat tackles Batman from behind.

Superman nodded. "Didn't touch me"

Green Lantern grunted and kept the bubble around her intact fixing it as she cracked it, he wouldn't be able to hold her forever though.

Batman turns in the air and pins Black Bat down.

An overseer targets the Manhunter from afar while he fights off the others then fires. Wonder-Girl hovers back into the energy bubble then flies at the opposite wall at full force.

Lantern flies toward the door to the next room then floats over to a pod on the wall. "Holy...so that's why he chose Mars. White Martians."


Black Bat flips back and lands on Batman's shoulders then throws her weight and brings him to the ground.



(There are two things happening on Mars, several on Earth. Up on Mars, Superman and Gold Lantern are in the Brainiac base fighting off his forces while they look for him and try to stop his invasion. Green Lantern and Manhunter are holding down the fort outside trying to fight off Brainiac forces AND a brain-dead Wonder-Girl. On Earth the heroes are trying to fight off the invasion in their respective cities, pushing back Brainiac force and more controlled heroes and villains. Batman's fighting Black Bat right now.)

Superman looked around at the White Martians. "Well least we know how to take them down."

Green Lantern grunted trying to hold her in place. "C'mon someone get in her head or something!"

Centurion slid into cover in the city streets reloading his rifle as the battle raged around him.

"Wonder Girl, stop this insanity." Amazon said

Brainiac hears the voice through Wonder-Girl and turns her. Then has Wonder-Girl float back then rocket back out of the energy bubble like a missile, slamming into Green Lantern then turning to Amazon. "There are more of you then," he says. "Expected."

Green Lantern grunted and smacked Wonder-Girl away with a energy blast as he got up.
