Precursors

Robert looked at him. "No if we move like we're supposed to we'll be fine getting into pitched battles and wasting out ammunition is counter productive."

"If you say so" Aetos shrugged walking past him.

Robert shook his head and looked at William. "They're gonna get themselves killed." He said walking off.

Frank had collected his claymores and lit a cigar waiting on them.

"Not my problem" William shrugged

Aetos and Alexis went through the bodies on the field taking ammo, weapons and whatever else they thought useful

Frank sat down on a log waiting on the others tossing the AK he picked up away. "Fucking hate that damn gun."

Robert walked over to Frank. "You alright?"

"I'll be fine." Frank said.

Aetos and Alexis returned sitting off to themselves

Frank got up. "Alright let's go, heading North. We are not engaging any VC or NVA on the damn way."

"You mean you're not going to engage them" Aetos smiled "Alexis and I have no problems with engaging the enemy."

"Yeah, fine you do that" William said "We'll just leave you behind and see how things work out for you."

Frank looked at Aetos. "You know, you're the biggest fucking idiot I have ever met."

"You brought us along on mission that's requiers stealth knowing that we're not all that stealthy" Aetos said "are you sure I'm the idiot here?"

"Anyone can move through a fucking area without killing everything, you just won't because you're fucking ego won't allow it around Alexis." Frank said. "And Spartans fucking know how to move with stealth."

"And you have been hitting on her since Sparta" Aetos said "I should have killed you when you invaded our home."

Alexis rolled her eyes walking away from them.

Frank tossed his gun aside and pulled his knife out. "Get the fuck over it you fucking little pussy. We didn't fucking invade your little shithole we fucking saved it, you dumbasses would have been over run with out my fucking Marines."

"We didn't ask for your help" Aetos shouted back "and we didn't need it."

Alexis sat on a log sighing.

"Enough!" Robert barked stepping between them. "We've got a job to do and I'm not gonna have you two at each others throats this whole time."

"Fine, but keep the fucking Greek away from me, cause I might mistake him for fucking zipperhead." Frank said picking his rifle up and walking North.

Aetos grunted walking away from the others. "Hope a snake doesn't find it's way into your tent."

Frank spat on the ground walking ahead. "Fucking idiot mother fucker..."

Robert sighed. "Grab your gear we're moving out." He said following Frank.

"About time" Alexis said

Robert sighed heading North with the others, following Frank who had gone on alone.

Alexis glanced back at Aetos as he went off on his own

Frank stopped at a creek bed watching a small village.

"Is that it?" William asked

"No, just reconing the area incase they're harboring any VC." Frank said. "Still got two and half days hike before we enter Soviet held territory."

William nodded pulling out cigerate "Want one?"

"Got cigars." Frank said taking one out.
