Paraphernalia: The Master of Games wears a necklace with a red gem attached to a piece of cloth that he uses to absorbs defeated opponents allowing him to use their powers/skills/abilities. If the knecklace is hit, it loses hold of those captured.

History
The Master of Games is an inter-dimensional being who enjoys games. He brings challengers from across the universes to compete in his tournaments promising great rewards to the victor. The prize for 'winning' his tournaments though is becoming one more captive in his gem.
