Amazon lands away from prying eyes opening the doors to get out. "They should be just getting out of classes or practice."


"Okay so Brainiac, super smart guy" Morningstar said "anything else we need to know about him?"

"We'll hopefully know more once Superman gets here. We're leaving for the Gotham Police Station."

"Superman is coming?" Centurion asked. "Should make things easier."

Superman stood on the roof of the Gotham Police Station with The Green Lantern awaiting the others.

"Should make things alot easier" Star agreed

Lantern arrives atop the GCPD building and her outfit reverts to her Bat-Girl persona. She then puts the ring back in its pouch. "Sorry. That ring has a mind of its own. I can only use it for so long before the ring starts telling ME what to do. Must be nice being in control," Angelica says to GL.

"There they are" Amazon says spotting Hawk and Dove

Green Lantern nodded. "That ring is very potent, you'll get the hang of it soon enough."

Nightwing nodded. "I agree, but let's get going."

"There are a couple more of use we're waiting on. The ring did a check. Brainiac isn't anywhere near Earth. I wasn't able to get a single trace of him. I'd like to think he'd be bringing a full invasion force. Then it'd be easy enough to spot him."

"Why would he make it that simple for us?" Bat-Woman questions.

"He did it before."

"And at that time he had a plan to eliminate the Justice League. He probably already knows there's another rag-tag group getting together. So answer the question please. Why would he make it that simple?"

"...He wouldn't."

Amazon introduced Wonder Girl to Hawk and Dove

"A pleasure," Wonder-Girl says. "Now shall we be on our way? The remainder of our allies are most likely waiting."

"Yeah" Hawk said "The sooner we leave the sooner I get to crack heads."

"An...interesting way to word it," Wonder-Girl says, taking her seat in the jet as they leave.

"It's just part of his nature" Dove says "He likes hitting things."

Centurion and Nightwing made their way to the GCPD.

Marko joins the group.

As the remainder of the heroes arrive, Bat-Girl patches them through to Batman.

"I assume everyone can hear me clearly."

"Loud and clear." Centurion said.

"Yeah, we hear you" Amazon said

"As you know, there have been a few odd instances recently in Gotham. A few days ago I apprehended Dr. Hugo Strange who admitted to having worked with a more sentient being, namely Brainiac. For some reason Madcap and even a newly resurrected Joker knows that something will occur during the coming days, and it seems that they believe Arkham to be the safest place for them. I don't know what's going on, other than the fact that this has been sloppily revealed, and might have been intentional."

"Brainiac wouldn't make someone into a pawn knowingly like he did with Strange," Bat-Woman says. "It's definitely intentional."

"Which means we'll have to be all that much more prepared," Bat-Girl adds.

"Perhaps we're being lead astray.", Marko suggests.

"I don't think so" Amazon said "all we really know is Braniac is planning something."

"No. Think about it. Brainiac doesn't screw up. Not in ways this big. He calculates every possible variable. He knows all of his shortcomings. He HAD to be trying to keep us out of the way or at least keep us busy."

"For what, exactly?" Moth says, crossing his arms.

Bat-Girl then thinks the situation over. "I don't know. All I know is that Brainiac isn't going to come out into the light until he's ready and the odds of us finding him before then are slim and none. We should take some time to try and get ready. Maybe establish an easier means of communicating. I don't much feel like flying to every major city in America to draft help."
