Star Wars: A New Dawn

Désir blocked and parried each and every one of Nix's strikes the pair moving with incredible fluidity and grace for such a violent exchange. Désir swung out and away from Nix's blade and moved out then flipped over Nix slashing downwards towards Nix's face.

Ford nodded. "Punch it, Jaxie." He said walking into the cockpit.

"Hold on to your butts," Jaxie says as the shuttle blasts off toward Mandalore. "How'd the chat go?"

The instant Nix sees Desir's feet leave the ground she leans back, guarding high to meet the slash intended for her face and throwing a few of her knives directly overhead to off-balance Desir's landing.

"About as well as expected." Ford said. "We have to figure out who these Sith are."

Désir uses the force to smack the blades away as she lands gracefully away from Nix. "Fighting nothing but thugs and bounty hunters has made you rather rusty." She said. "What would our master say if he saw this?"

Jaxie nods and sits back with her arms crossed. "Well, first we gotta find out what they have to do with the Mandalorians. Speaking of which..."

"At a guess? Something along the lines of 'Clever Girl,'" Nix says, holding up her empty hands. The hilt of her saber floats in the air behind Desir and takes a slash at her back. "And maybe 'If Nadia fought as well as she thought she did, she'd have killed you by now,'" she adds, rushing Desir with a pair of her daggers.

Darren headed down the ramp leading to the hangar bay a couple of hours later. A trooper tripped as he tried to avoid the Sith apprentice. He would have to finish resting on his way to retrieve the holocron, he thought to himself before walking onboard a ship together with a pilot.

"Let's go.", Darren said to the pilot before sitting down to meditate during the travel. The ship departed from the hangar and flew out.

Désir swiftly turned slicing through Nix's saber before falling into a split and unleashing a powerful blast of Force Destruction up at Nix as she got close.

Ford nodded and looked out at Mandalore and it hit him like a brick almost. "That...the Sith you feel them?"

"Feel them? You mean they didn't ACTUALLY just punch me in the teeth? Well, shows what I know," Jaxie says.

Nix instantly dives through the floor with Phase before springing back up through the floor behind Desir with her Telekinesis and using Force Push to heave the woman across the room, just past the Mandalore's throne. "Anyone ever tell you your ego made the Death Star look like a pebble?" Nix pauses, sensing a new arrival in the Force.

"C'mon let's get down there." Ford said.

Désir smirked as she moved through the air, she used Nix's pause and blasted her rival with a chain of powerful force lightning.

"Roger that, boss," Jaxie says.

Nix snaps back to reality and takes that assault full on, being forced to one knee. A bit through it she triggers her Crucitorn on herself and slowly raises her head through the pain, glaring across the room at Desir. "Fry, b***h," she says, using her own Force Lightning on Desir to keep them both locked there.

Désir laughed and blocked the lightning with her lightsaber increasing the power of her Force lightning as she did. "You first."

Ford nodded and once the shuttle landed he rushed out into the palace force pushing several Mandalorian guards who came to intercept them off the platform and to the ground below.

"Sir, we've got a lock on the tracker you designated.", the pilot informed him. "A shuttle."

"Where is it?"

"Mandalore, sir."

"Then that shall be our destination."

(gotta bounce)

Nix smirks as she seems to disappear from within the Force Lightning, having for at least a moment just been an illusion. "You never were good at hide and seek," she sneers. The real one slips up through the floor closer to Desir, revitalized, one hand armed with a dagger, the other one pulling Desir's Force Lightning into another Kinetite volley, which she throws at Desir while still charging.

Désir screamed and unleashed her powerful Force Scream which caused the Lighting exchange to explode outwards towards Nix while the force of the scream itself shout out towards Nix in a powerful shrill sonic blast.

Ford stopped in his tracks hearing the Force Scream as he entered the palace.

As the sheer force of the attack knocks Nix back, she manages to conjure a Spear of Midnight Black, lobbing it straight at Desir, cutting through the scream and zipping toward her, though the scream off-centers it, causing it to wind up missing its intended target of her heart and being more aimed at her shoulder. Meanwhile, Nix braces herself as she flies back but phases through the wall of the room, landing on the floor of the next and sliding on her back not far from Ford and Jaxie. "Okay, b***h. Round two," she mutters, rigidly picking herself up and preparing to reenter the throne room. Then she pauses and turns her head, seeing the two Jedi. "Oh. Lovely."

Ford arches and eyebrow at Nix. "Well this is weird..." He said igniting his lightsaber it's yellow blade shinning brightly in the hall.

Désir moved as she threw it the Darkshear avoiding it hitting her directly, instead she was cut across the outside of her arm, she gritted her teeth in pain before standing up, focusing her anger and pain, strengthening her.

Jaxie stares at the wall, then at Nix, and finally at Ford. "Can you do that? 'Cause I wanna learn it. It looks fun," she says.

"I do not have time for this," Nix says, kneeling there as she revitalizes herself.

"Yeah I can do that." Ford said. "Well she clearly ain't Sith." He said before turning back as the door opened and Désir stepped out into the hall.

"Jedi." She scowled.

Neri had hidden herself well within the ship and it proved useful as some guards searched their ship once Ford and Jaxie had moved from it. They announced it was clear and turned off all the systems to prevent them from leaving. Neri crept out and reactivated the system however, finding it quite easy and as she looked out of the ramp she spotted another ship in the distance.

Carefully she worked her way over to it, unaware that it was Desir's.

Case glanced over her shoulder, "Put me back and I'll break myself out again. If you give me a drink of water, I'll consider behaving myself for you both."

Jaxie looks up at Desir. "No, but that one is," she says.

Nix scoffs and stands up. "Screaming like a banshee. Suits you, what with all that time you spend on your back."

"Whoa. Shots fired. Do, uh... do you two wanna be alone? We can go," Jaxie says.

Nix draws her daggers. "Let's hear what it sounds like when your throat's full of blood."

"Well... that's graphic."

Nazrin simply stares at the girl for a moment, getting across all that he needed. If he willed it, he very well could make her behave. If he wanted he could break her mind, turn her into a puppet like the woman guarding the far exit. All this, said through just a look. Then, without so much as a gesture, he lifts her telekinetically, turning his back to her. He looks to Eerie and points off down the hall. His puppet bows her head to him and departs as he takes the girl back to her cell without a word, drops her in it, and seals the door. He stands there, himself, until Eerie returns a moment later with a glass of water.

Nazrin telekinetically passes the glass through the bars to Case. Then he turns to Eerie. Eerie bows her head to him once more and takes up a position outside of the door, guarding it as Nazrin leaves.

"Jaxie, Mandalore now." Ford said stepping between Jaxie and Désir.

Désir ignited her sabers again. "Out of the way pretty boy this is between me and that b***h."

Ford pointed his saber towards Désir and his other hand was ready to block Nix if need be. "Nah I'm not going anywhere."

"Hey, if it's away from here, I'm game," Jaxie says, rushing into the next room.

"I suggest you move before I move you," Nix says, twirling her daggers in her hands. "If she does it, it'll likely be less cozy."

Case took the glass and gulped the majority of it down before pouring the last bits over her face. She set it down on the ground gently before heading back over to the door.

"Thank you," she spoke leaning against the door, "Hey, how did he do that? The lifting me up thing? Look, come on I just promised I would behave, and it looks like you have the horrible job of looking after me so you may as well kill time and socialise. Besides, one of the deals about me still breathing and standing was that your boss gets to make me bad or something. I'd like to know what I'm in for. And none of that I'm too young bull- that's the sort of rubbish talk that made me run away from the jedi."

Ford kept his eyes on the Sith. "Why don't we work together?"

"Enough!" Désir said Force Pushing Ford aside and rushing Nix with combination of Makashi and Juyo using her reach advantage with her sabers to keep Nix back as she struck out at her.

"MOVE MOVE MOVE!" Baltan barked leading some Mandalorians. "Capture Nix and these Jedi!"

A Pair of Sith Warriors were guarding Désir's ship.

Jaxie stands in the doorway, blocking the Mandalorians. "Hi," she says, cracking her knuckles. "So remember the peace summit a while back?" Then she reaches down, holding the hilt of her lightsaber before rushing in, unsheathing, slashing, and re-sheathing her saber faster than can be followed by eye, mowing down soldiers in the process along with her acrobatic movements and the occasional telekinetic assault.

Nix guards against the attack, one saber at a time. Treating her daggers as if they were lightsabers, she slips into her Vaapad style, blending it with her knife art to keep up a mixed offense and defense in Medium Style. The minute she senses herself about to leave an opening for Desir to strike, she switches on the blaster on her wrist and shoots close range, if only to knock her back. Then she switches up, dueling more offensively with her daggers and leaving projections between each motion to throw her off. Every once in a while peppering in another wrist blaster shot, just keeping the pressure up without relent. "You think you're angry, b***h. I'll show you angry," she says to herself.

Eerie doesn't say a word. She doesn't even seem to register that she's being spoken to. She simply stares straight ahead at the opposite hall.

Désir moved, dodged, and parried each and every strike and blast Nix sent her way as she worked herself through Nix's defenses before she slipped away incredibly fast as Ford came in slashing at Désir from behind.

Désir blocked a strike from Ford and then shot a Force Destruction blast out at Nix before she could capitalize on Ford's interruption.

Baltan drew his virboblade and fired at Jaxie with his blaster pistol flying back with his jet pack as other Mandalorians moved in firing at Jaxie as well with rapid rife blasters.
