DC Universe- 2100

Batman looks down at the chip in his hand, his view getting sent up to Angelica by the mainhub. "This is... thank you, Cat-Woman."

"I need you to... 'scan' their brains. I need to see if the nanites are still active or destroyed."

Cat-Woman smiles. "Don't be surprised if you start seeing a lot more of me, tiger," she says before back-flipping over the side of the roof and making off.

"Excuse me, Batman," Angelica says over her com. "I'm sure you'd like to go after her and make kissyface but I'd kinda like to know my sister is okay. I can beam you both up."


Super-Girl looks over Wonder-Girl. "Nope. Nothing in there at all."


Mischief sits Indian Style in the main hub and stares up at the monitors. "People sure are scared down there," she hums as she bobs from side to side.

"People still don't believe in a Justice League, I guess," Star-Girl says.

"They will soon enough." Centurion said. "We just have to show them they can."

"Right... go ahead and beam us up.", Batman says and heads over to Lorelei.

"I believe he let the control go completely, then.", Manhunter says.

"And how do we do that?" Amazon asked

"We just keep stopping the bad guys." Centurion said.

"We can do that"

Angelica beams up Batman and Lorie. "What was it she gave you?" Angelica says, turning to them in the teleport dock.


Wonder-Girl groggily awakens, holding her head. "So Brainiac is defeated then?"


"You make it sound so easy," Star-Girl says.

"The chip to an alien computer.", Batman says to Angelica and gives it to her, carrying Lorie into the med lab.

"Not quite.", Manhunter says. "Good to see you back, Wonder-Girl."

"Good to see you well" Amazon said

Morningstar groaned waking up "What happened to me?"

"Thank you...sister," Wonder-Girl says. "I don't remember much of anything after being defeated by Brainiac's pawns."

"Oh, Megalomaniac was using you guys like puppets," Super-Girl says. "He was trying to lure dad to that source on Mars. It turned out to be a Red Sun Radiation generator too and he got caught in it but Lantern saved him. Brainiac's gave Earth 24 hours before something though. Not sure what."

"If he is still at large...then we should devise a plan of attack," Wonder-Girl says, straining herself to get up.

Angelica walks into Med Bay and leans in the doorway with her arms crossed. "That's the best bit of news I've heard all day. But we have us a problem. Batman and Superman are ready in the main hub waiting on an Amazonian. So which wonder-tyke is ready to do a little growing up?" She says, looking to Amazon and Wonder-Girl.

Wonder-Girl looks up from her bed in med bay to Amazon.

"What are you looking at me for?"

"It seems, to me, that you are more worth the title she implies than I am. I was defeated by a simple trick. You remained diligent throughout the ordeal and even tried to help me."

"Yeah but your the Amazon here. That's just what I call myself."

"Wondie," Angelica says, "Do us a favor and stop feelin' sorry for yourself. You wanna prove you deserve to be Wonder Woman? You can't well do that while you're always telling yourself you're Wonder-Girl. Now get in there and help Superman and Batman. Clear?"

Wonder-Girl stares for a moment then looks down at her ring and makes her decision, flying off to the main hub.

"I swear one of these days I need to become PepTalk-Girl. World's greatest motivational speaker," Angelica says as she rolls her eyes and walks off.


Wonder Woman meets Superman and Batman in the main hub. "All right, what's our plan of attack?" She says, suddenly sounding much more sure of herself. "I understand Batman has something that should help us?"

Superman nodded. "Yes he does, go ahead and explain it Batman."

Centurion was readying his weapons.

"Oh cool, you're awake" Nightlight said coming into the med bay "You're not going to go all pscyho again and try to kill me?"
"No, I'm good. I think" Morningstar said getting up "thanks for your help but you should get back home."
"Sounds like you need all the help you can get"
Monringstar sighed "Fine, but stay close to me."

"It's a good name, although perhaps you shouldn't pick up too many names. It might get confusing.", Manhunter jokes as Angelica passes by.

"This," Batman says and holds up the chip for all of them to see, "is what's going to put an end to Brainiac. As you may know, he is basically a computer..."

Batman studies their expression. "Granted, a highly developed A.I. with an immense array of means to take over, which has always been his goal. He gets what he can from the planet he visits and proceeds to get rid of it. I am sure that Superman himself knows well enough of what Braniac is capable of...", he pauses. "However, Braniac isn't without his flaws, nor is he unbeatable, which this chip proves."

Superman nodded. "Nothing is perfect, Brainiac is no exception. No matter what he says."

Wonder Woman observes the chip. "And you're certain this chip will defeat him, at least for now? What does it do?"

"It disables him, basically.", Batman told her.

"Don't worry." Superman said. "Batman always does his due diligence."

"All right. So what's our plan of attack? How do we expect to get close enough to plant the virus?"

"Well you and I could cause a diversion to allow Batman to slip in to plant the virus." Superman said. "I'm sure together we could get his attention."
