Welcome 2014

little less than three hours left till the new year hits

It is definitely 2014 now...

I guess everybody is busy during the Holidays. I'm gonna be around tomorrow.

I'm more busy because of college at the moment than because of the Holidays. I just got finished moving so I had to put things on the back burner. I'll be more available over time, though.

I've been around, just trying to figure out what to do in some of the rpgs

Yeah, we need to brainstorm.

Oh I know what I want to do, overall, in many of the but hard part is trying to get it moving with everyone being busy and not knowing who is going to be on when. But here's the plans I've got for the more active rpgs (at least that I'm active in)

CoK- Leaving stephen aside for now, trying to move a few things along with Kari though still keeping her in the dark a bit about exactly what I'm doing. As for the war- The Ramses will work with Aegon until the return of Annubis who will decide that it is better for his people that they not be involved in the war any longer and pull them out but Tyzon will convince others that it will benefit Crimea for them to stay in the war so in the end House Ramses and House Dredd will be out of the war but House Lake with other minor houses of Crimea will continue to support Aegon. Aegon will run into resistance from the other House Edgar in south Bulgar. Xerana will send her brother to seek aid from Stephen who will send the help needed but it'll arrive just a little too late. This won't be the end of either of them as they will continue to plague Aegon's armies in a guerilla war but ultimately they'll be nothing more than a nuisance to him. And of course there is something between Anton and another of Kari's characters that I'll work out eventually

SHIELD- I know Eve has already taken the spear someplace else. She left the box in it's place a long tie ago and it's pretty much a dead end whatever is inside (I'm thinking either a map or some manuscript) will lead them onto a different location that'll wind up being another clue that ultimately leads nowhere. This will not happen though, I'm thinking that Eve follows Silas back to the Hydra camp discovering that it's not exactly Hydra, just a bunch of mercs dressed as Hydra being used by her sister to try to logate the spear for herself. Eve will return looking like she's been through a war and finally fill the others in on what she's done and what is happening.

SWORD and STRIKE- Trying to just ease into the new era, kind of introduce everyone to the new team. I' thinking that a simple mission, like maybe some stray followers of Noah causing problems.

Haven City- Jill and Keith will join the others soon with a few Asgardians.

Sorry guys been run off my feet entertaining my sister and niece while theyre visiting but they hear back home on Tuesday.

Pryde- l am looking at introducing the character you're talking about that toes in with Anton

What's the deal for Pantheon?

In Contact I plan on having the officer they've been escorting to be a plant by the Mintharan ultranationalists. He'll detonate a bomb inside Bastion Station, crippling the Alliance Fleet headquarters which will keep the Alliance from helping the Mintharan Empire in the civil war that'll take place.

Of course the Intrepid will make it out alright and be sent out to find the Ultranationalists leadership and return the favor.

For greece I've been trying to work out a war of sorts between gods and man that would result in the death of all the old gods that remain leaving only our Neo Olympians as the gods of greece. After that maybe a confrontation with the Egyptian gods or Asguardians. The old gods would return later, reborn as the Roman Pantheon with no memory of their time as the Olympians.

I've been so out of touch with Contact I'm not even sure how to get back into it.

Could I suggest that the reason the intrepid makes it out only just is because MIT manages to identify one of them involved? She takes action into her own hands which causes her to be suspended from the flight deck due to taking the commands but when they realise that she had to do it to save them it changes things? And after chalan discovers kira is missing.

I could roll with that idea if everyone else is up for it!

Really busy. I get a day off Sunday, though, so I can play catchup on anything then.

I know you've had your fair share of those annoying moments. You've been writing a long post and suddenly you've told me you've lost the entire thing.

Anyhow is it just me or has anyone found that sometimes you end up writing something better than what you originally had? I didn't have quite the humorous comedy factor before.

How are you? After having a long week of heatwaves we finally broke free with a nice display of rain and lightning last night. Still back to being hot today but nothing like it has been.
