DC Universe- 2100

Mischief stands there as the device bounces off her head. "...Really?" She she grabs it and throws it at a wall while Olympian swings her staff around at Deathstroke.

Deathstroke grabs the staff and whips Olympian around with it slamming her into Mischief and knocking them both aside. "Yes really, a distraction clown."

Mischief slides back on her feet as Olympian flips back and sticks her landing. "I'd suggest you put up your nano weave."

"Yeah, but then I'd try to kill him, and then someone would have to stop me, and then I'll get all upset, easier to just be happy about everything."

"As opposed to not caring, shrugging everything off, and just keep trying until he kills you."

"He can't kill me, sweetums," Mischief says.

Olympian grabs her promethium ball and chain, twirling it at her side as Mischief throws more cards.

Deathstroke spun his sword as he walked towards them, the cards hitting his armor and bouncing off.

Mischief throws more cards then smiles as she throws one very low. "Boop. Boop. Boop. BOOM!" She says as it explodes beneath him. "Oh, Bird Boy," she calls to Nightwing.

Deathstroke leapt over the explosion and came running at Mischief putting his shoulder into her chest and knocking her back several feet before he slashed out with his sword at Olympian and drew his machine pistol firing at Nightwing who was forced to avoid the hail of gunfire.

Mischief slides back a few feet as Olympian deflects the sword with her chain then strikes the gun from his hand with the ball at the end of it. She pulls it back and grabs her shield again.

Cat-Woman sneak out of the fighting to find Batman.

"I will return shortly with the rings.", Manhunter says and phases into the floor quickly to find the rings.


Batman was in a seperate room coding feverishly as the fighting went on outside.

"So, Tiger, did everything not go swimmingly?"

"Everything is going as expected at this point.", Batman murmurs after a quick glance back at her before focusing on finishing the last line of code. "Black Bat, do you copy? Everything set for the prototypes?"

"Of course!" Black Bat says. "Whataya take me for, a teenager?" She quips through her communicator.

Cat-Woman tilts her head as she watches.

"I'm not quite sure anymore, to tell you the truth.", Batman jokes. "Alright, slip the dogs of war.", he tells her and presses a series of key combinations to confirm the action of sending the Red Tornadoes.

"Well...I did you your favor so I guess now-"

"Now, Cat-Woman," Squire says as he he and Sepulcher appear behind her, "You will hang."

Sepulcher, the hulking mound of flesh and bone beneath and even sturdier space age metal shell, grabs Cat-Woman suddenly and lifts her by the throat. "I never liked cats," he says.

Cat-Woman struggles her hardest. To get free but she can't and she desperately needed to breathe.

"No!", Batman growls and throws two batarangs that freeze Sepulcher's arm on impact as charges for them, needing to save Cat-Woman and buy time for the back up to arrive.

Sepulcher stands there like a brick wall and chuckles. When Squire sees Batman charging, he steps back a bit behind his juggernaut ally but Gallant soon appears between Batman and the other two. "What do you say, Batman? Dark Knight against Shining Knight?" He says, materializing his energy sword and shield.

"B-Bat," Cat-Woman chokes.

"I say 'kill the lights'.", Batman says and continues to run toward Gallant and the other two as the room fades to black before The Dark Knight slashes toward Gallant with a Batarang in his hand.

Gallant blocks with his energy shield and laughs. "Gotcha," he says as the shield emits a force pulse that throws the Bat back across the room. "You think a little shade is gonna save you, Bat? You don't know what you're messin' with." Then Gallant's visor lights up red and he points his sword at Batman, firing a powerful energy beam from it. "You got no idea!"

"Gallant, quit toying with the boy and kill him before he can recover!"

"Go hide under your bed, Squire. I ain't retreatin' until he gives the order. Or do you want to be the one to tell him we abandoned a mission we still stood a chance of winning?"

Squire growls and opens his scroll. Meanwhile, Cat-Woman continues to struggle.

Batman rolls away from the energy beam and skillfully throws a number of pellets at Gallant's face. If his visor had nightvision then this would do some serious damage to his vision. The pellets explode like flashbangs and Batman continues to move toward Sepulcher's direction, having thrown another series of freezing batarangs at his arm. He could hear the beeping in his cowl indicating that back up was close.

Gallant recoils as his armor adapts but the flash still stuns him for a moment. Then he turns when his armor is readjusted. Sepulcher raises his free arm and slams it into the ground before grabbing into the floor and ripping it up like carpet.

Batman jumps onto the ripped up floor and slides across it before jumping up and throwing an explosive pellet toward Sepulcher's face. He took advantage of the momentary distraction and used a second explosive pellet against his frozen arm in hopes of shattering it and setting Cat-Woman free.

Sepulcher's armor shorts out for a split second and his hand unclenches from around Cat-Woman's neck before he gets power back.  Then Gallant throws his shield at Batman from behind, using the distraction to charge in again.


Outside, Star-Girl blasts Killer Frost in the back with a smirk.  "Ding dong, the witch is down," she says before suddenly being struck by Play-Doh.  Super-Girl witnesses this and flies toward the Clayface knockoff to help but she suddenly feels weak and falls from the air.  Metallo approaches and stands over her.  

"Where's your old man to save you now, princess?"

Batman spins around in time to dodge the shield and redirecting it with a flying batarang so that it collides with Sepulcher. The Dark Knight follows up with rushing towards Cat-Woman, pulling her up and moving her to the side quickly. "Are you okay-"



A red, metal-clad hand grabs Metallo's shoulder and stops the villain in his tracks. "Good evening. Due to protocol, I insist you let me escort you outside the Watchtower.". Another hand grabs the other shoulder as a nearly identical Red Tornado assists in throwing Metallo across the large room and into Play-Doh. Several more Red Tornadoes turn up from different places.

"Nine lives, Tiger," she says breathlessly with a smile.


Metallo begins to get up and Play-Doh reshapes himself.  "Where did they come from?" Metallo growls.

"That'd be the cavalry," Star-Girl says as she blasts through Metallo with her staff, destroying his synth Kryptonite heart.

A tornado drone helps Super-Girl to her feet.  "Uh...thanks."

Batman gives her a slight smirk and then looks toward the main hall seeing it stormed by tornado drones finally.


"You're welcome.", the tornado drones reply simultaneously. One of the drones get pierced by a long spear through the chest by Caliber.

"I love new toys. I have to give those crazy noblemen credit.", she grins. The drone's head turns around instantly in a creepy manner and grabs the spear swinging Caliber off to the side with fierce momentum from the torso's incredible RPM capabilities.


Manhunter returns with the rings. "I hope these are the right one's. I found two other Green Rings, too."
