DC Universe- 2100

Batman heads over to one of the cops. "Who did this?"

Two thugs thought they'd cleverly escaped, only to find themselves running into Bat-Woman who merely cracks her knuckles with an unimpressed expression. She then lunges toward them both. In the next minute, they've both been beaten bloody and strung up, dangling on a ledge.

"Get away from me" the cop said shoving Batman off him and reaching for his gun.

Batman looks at him confused before leaving the scene.

Bat-Woman throws a batarang and strikes the gun from the officer's hand then grabs him. "If you're not smart enough to tell that it was a different freak in a different looking bat costume, the cops in this town are dumber than I originally thought..." She then headbutts him and knocks him out with a kick to the head. "You'll thank me later."

Batman gets ontop of a roof and sits down as he thinks to himself.

He heads back to his cave.

Batman goes over security footage at the place where the cops had been attacked.

Edgar was invisible to the cameras, the footage only showing a blurr whereever he was.

Derek sighs and turns the computer off, giving it a rest.

Lorelei watches as Derek struggles from the monitor in her room and sighs, changing her television back to its regular setting to watch a little science TV.


Elsewhere, in Gateway City, Wonder-Girl punches a deformed villain across the street before wrapping him in her lasso. "Have you had enough, villain?"

"Eat me, Amazon! Your golden dental floss ain't holdin' me!"

"I beg to differ," Wonder-Girl says as he struggles.


Up in the vastness of space, Lantern and Green Lantern work toward the center of the fleet only to find the Yellow Lantern in his ship. "I love what you've done with the place. Yellow and Black. Ominous," Lantern quips.

"Leave while you still can draw breath Omni-Lantern. You as well Green Lantern," the Yellow Lantern says, glancing over his shoulder from his monitors before returning to his work.

Edgar returned to the mansion after his night out.

Derek turns back to his monitor and spends the rest of the night until the morning to read old new articles about Batman.

Claire heard about Wonder Girl's actions and decided to go check out this 'Warrior Princess'.

Wonder-Girl flies over the city and then circles around, slamming into a giant man, reminiscent of the original Wonder-Woman's foe, Giganta. "Down, villain!"

Claire made her way to Gateway City reading everything she could about Wonder Girl, which wasn't more than reported sightings.

Wonder-Girl hovers over Gateway City, observing for any dangers that may befall her beloved new home.

"Hey, we need to talk" Claire said flying up behind her.

Wonder-Girl turns herself in the air to find a woman floating not far away. "How may I be of service to you? Clearly you are not lacking in your own ability."

"What you do, I have to know how'd you get your powers? Where did you learn to fight like that?""

"I am Amazonian. The nature of combat is within our very blood. As for my abilities, some are natural, others are...bestowed. Are you not Amazonian? The crest upon your outfit resembles that of the Wonder-Woman."

"Me, an Amazonian, I don't think so" Claire said "I"m from Coast City, lived there all my life."


(I figured it out, she is Amazonian but doesn't know it.)

"Yet you call yourself Amazon?" Wonder-Girl says, her arms now crossed. "That doesn't quite seem right...how did you acquire your own combative prowess and...abilities?"

"I don't know" Claire said "I've always had them. And I call myself Amazon because Wonder Woman inspired me."

"I see...and you merely decided on this? I am not sure how to take that. I would ask if you've proved yourself worthy of such a label."
