"Right." James nodded. "That's what I thought you said. Well buddy you really wanna die that bad, go ahead and fucking try me." James said glaring at the man.

The man fired the shot gun at James then pumped the handle aiming at Carol

James took the blast from the shot gun and he healed before grabbing the barrel of the gun and bending it up towards the ceiling. "My turn." He said head butting the man and sending him into the wall hard.

"Mother fucker you're one of them freaking gene jokes" the man said "Well I got me something special for you." He pulled a handgun from his dresser firing it at him.

James dodged it and fired a web out taking the gun and tossing it away before webbing the man to him and grabbing his by his throat. "No, I'm human I just have a nice little buddy with me." He said choking the man.

"Let the racist bastard go James" Carol said getting up and covering herself with the blanket. "He's not worth it."

James grunted and looked at the man. "See that? She just saved your dumb hick ass." James said throwing the man down against the wall hard.

the man looked up at both of them as Carol got dressed.

James booted the man in the face hard knocking him out before he got dressed himself.

Carol shook her head looking over at the man as she headed out.

James walked out pulling his shirt on. "God I hate people like him."

"Yeah" Carol sighed

James took Carol's hand walking with her. "Like you said, he's not worth it so let's forget him."

Carol nodded leaving with him

James walked with Carol heading back to the base.
