Hawk: A magical transformation which gives him enhanced strength, endurance, intelligence, agility, and claws. William's powers are extensions and amplifications of traits he already possesses. Hawk has super-strength, faster-than-human speed, and a heightened body density which renders him almost invulnerable. As Hawk, he also heals incredibly quickly and can not revert to Hank when his wounds or some other condition would be fatal to William. Hawk fights offensively, always on the attack, and is easily enraged.
Dove: Posses a danger sense that causes her to transform into Dove until the danger passes. The transformation makes her hypervigilant; her natural aptitudes are enhanced, such as her ability as a good judge of people and, in some situations, allowing her to read people and objects within seconds, and know how they will act and react. In addition to flight, she also has enhanced agility, durability (can withstand a great deal of physical punishment and heal quickly), and perception (her perception becomes so great that she becomes aware of most things within the realm).

-Weaknesses: Unlike predecessors, Cole was born on Earth and, as a result, did not go through the biological change that makes him weak to Kryptonite. This has also been thought to be because of his human traits helping to suppress this. However, he will lose his powers to a Red Sun. Cole is, however, weak to Synthetic Kryptonite as that was intended to harm anyone with Kryptonian DNA. He is also weak to magic just as all of those before him.

Cole is a very straight forward clean cut man. He admires his grandfather Clark and tries to model himself after the great Superman, however he isn't as much of a boy scout as his grandfather. Cole hates seeing people getting pushed around or suffering in anyway, be it seeing a homeless man in need of a bite to eat or a woman being terrorized by creeps, Cole always steps in. Cole does have a fiery temper and is always trying to keep his cool.

History:
Cole Kent was born to Clarence Kent and Anne Olsen and is the grandson to the great Man of Steel, Superman. His father Clarence had a troubled life being controlled by Brainiac and Lex Luthor after the presumed death of his mother Lois Lane. Clarence became Ultra-Man and and battled his father Superman. Ultra-Man would realize what was happening to him and he destroyed Brainiac and Luthor for what they did. Clarence would then meet Anne Olsen later in life and conceive a son, Cole Kent.

Clarence suffered brain damage from the mind control Luthor and Brainiac subjected him two and he eventually became Ultra-Man again. Ultra-Man would battle the original Superman again and again until Cole Kent took up the mantle and became Superman. Cole and his father would battle time and again with each other defeating one another several times.

One day Doomsday arrived on Earth to kill Superman and the two fought a brutal battle until Ultra-Man arrived and turned the tide for his son. Together the two Men of Steel fought side by side as father and son. Clarence would die delivering the final blow to Doomsday as Doomsday delivered the final blow to Ultra-Man. Ultra-Man was buried as a hero and was redeemed in his son's eyes at least. Cole however still fears that he may one day turn into the next Ultra-Man.

Later Cole met Janice Lang and the two fell in love. They married and had a daughter Karla Kent who much to her father's chagrin was just as headstrong as he was when he was a child. When Karla's powers manifested Cole trained her extensively in their use and and has recently allowed her to become part of the Justice League and Teen Titans.

Nightwing Suit: Nightwing's current costume is made of a version of the Nomex fire-resistant, triple-weave Kevlar-lined material. It is an excellent protection against damage, and it's also electrically insulated. Instead of a black cape for stealthing, the suit is light sensitive, darkening when there is more light in the area. The current costume is a stylized blue "wing" across his shoulders and extending to his hands, coloring his two middle fingers, over a black torso and legs. Nightwing's costume is tailored specifically to his unique style of crime-fighting. As such, his costume has fewer body-armor inlays than Batman's, anticipating a decreased need for shock-absorption and an increased capacity for motion ("Move more, get hit less."). A caveat of this configuration can be exploited by capable fighters who are both fast and strong, such as Superman. Should Nightwing need to engage an enemy who is capable of exploiting this weakness, he has supplemental body-armor overlays which he can attach to his gauntlets, his mask, his shoulders, and boots.

Nightwing Mask: The mask, in the form of his symbol, is fixed in place with spirit gum, and includes a built-in radio transmitter/receiver and Starlite night-vision lenses.

Nightwing Gauntlets: Each gauntlet's sections can contain a wide array of equipment, such as:

Held in spring-loaded pouches in the back of his costume, Nightwing carries a pair of Escrima sticks made from an unbreakable polymer that are wielded as both offensive and defensive weapons. Some depictions have displayed these tools with the mechanism to shoot a grappling hook attached to a swing line, while, in other instances, he is seen using a "line gun" like the one Batman currently uses.

General Personality:
Joseph is a dedicated and courageous man. He lives to protect others and to stop crime and the ones who commit crimes. Joseph is a surprisingly easy going and laid back person considering what happened to his family but rather than dwell on the negative he moved past it to become a hero. He is very sarcastic and always has a quip, something he uses to infuriate and distract enemies during a fight. He is stern however when needed and can and will be an intimidating foe, nearly as intimidating as The Batman.

History:

Joseph was born a Grayson, the son and second child of Brian Grayson the owner of Haly's Circus. Joseph was given the best education as a child along side his older sister and were trained in the acrobatic arts, a family tradition. Joseph and his sister became the new "Flying Graysons" a homage to the old Flying Graysons of Haly's Circus prior to their murder. Joseph traveled with the circus until 18 when he went off to college to study law wanting to become a police detective. When his father died due to a heart attack his older sister inherited the Circus along with Joseph but Joseph was unable to be with the Circus full time so he let his sister take full ownership.

Joseph was one of the few good cops left in Gotham City. He didn't take bribes and he never looked the other way when it came to crime. Blame it on being one of the youngest detectives in the city but he wanted to clean up the city and do it right. However that all changed when the mob wanted him to become dirty. He refused and his wife and daughter were gunned down one day outside of his daughter's school.

Joseph hell bent on revenge decided to become a vigilante, he used his police training and acrobatic skills take on criminals. One day he tracked down the mob boss that had ordered the hit on his family. He was close to killing the man but thoughts of his family made him take the moral high road and had the mobster locked away. However Joe was realizing that he wasn't the most skilled out there he needed training as he'd had far too many close calls. He found himself a teacher, the League of Assassins.

In the League Joseph learned very quickly and rose through their ranks become one of the League's best. However, he didn't believe in the philosophy of the League and he left the League in a rather hostile way, besting every assassin that was sent against him after he broke away. Eventually Joseph returned to Gotham and took up his old job as a detective. It wasn't long until he was back out at night fighting crime, this time with the training and skills to make a real difference. Joseph then took up the mantle of his grandfather Dick Grayson and became Nightwing.

Speed Force Conduit
Accelerated Healing - Speed Force conduits are not invulnerable nor durable enough to sustain damage however if they are harmed they will heal at high speeds. Any normal wear and tear damage to their bodies are almost instantly healed.

Decelerated Aging - Speed Force conduits have a slowed aging process. This power can be imparted on their most intimate loved ones by extended contact rather than distribution.

Energy Construct Creation - Speed Force conduits can use the matter generated by their speed to create solid objects such as walls or bridges. This power requires constant concentration and reapplication of the construct for it to remain stable. Flash's after images are also construct creations.

Flight - Speed Force conduits can rotate their arms and spin their bodies like tops to achieve something of a kind of helicopter flight. However, with practice conduits can even achieve controllable flight if launched at high speeds. Despite their flight abilities they are always faster on their feet.

Increased Perceptions - Speed Force conduits traveling at the speed of sound may miss important events as they run by. The Speed Force grants them enhanced senses that allow them to see, hear, smell, touch and/or taste at an increased speed and understand it as it is processed.

Infinite Mass Punch - Speed Force conduits have an increased level of strength added to their bodies which they can impart in different ways. Certain speedsters can strength each and every move they make however this requires attention and stress for each movement and therefore is almost never used. In most cases conduits can focus the Speed Force's extra-dimensional energies into one massive punch; when used in practiced this punch pushed a metahuman from one continent to another.

Phasing - Speed Force conduits can vibrate their molecules so quickly that they can achieve intangibility for short bursts allowing them to phase through objects.

Self-Sustenance - Speed Force conduits travel at incredible speeds which cause their bodies to work overtime. In situations where their bodies may be too fast for them to breathe they may impart on the Speed Force for sustenance. However, this almost always results in the conduits having an increased metabolism at all times requiring them to constantly refill their energy supplies.

Sharing the Force - Speed Force conduits can allow their friends or family members to run along side them at their equaled speeds. Certain conduits who may only have minor access to the Force may achieve full levels of the Force due to the main conduit's association with it.

Speed Force Aura - People who are propelled by the conduits during high speed situations can survive the harsh conditions associated with mach speeds. When the conduit must rescue an individual from a burning building these individuals will be protected while within the aura.

Speed Force Conduit - People who, for whatever reason, are connected to the Speed Force are sometimes called Speed Force Conduits. This means that they are connected to the Speed Force and are tethered to it. Some characters may control their Speed Force imparted powers in different ways such as only Superhuman Strength or even directed through Lighting but no matter their adaptions they are still connected to the Force.

Steal Speed - Speed Force conduits can steal the accelerated motion or momentum from objects or people to reduce their speed or even virtually stop them. Conduits may also steal the speed from other Speedsters or other fast moving people.

Supercharged Brain Activity - Sometimes neglected by Speedsters who only operate at superhuman speeds and never slow down enough to understand their full potential; Speedsters can access superhuman levels in their brains further than processing information. They can test theories, understand difficult equations and run trial and error in their brains at superhuman speeds. Different conduits access this activity in different ways.

Superhuman Endurance - Speed Force conduits have to access the Speed Force for a number of different tasks. Most Speedsters use their superhuman speed and react at superhuman speeds; therefore, they must run for extended periods or operate for a large amount of time. Their bodies can handle the stresses of superhuman racing without noticeable distress.

Superhuman Speed - Speed Force conduits have one main ability above all else. Conduits are connected to the barrier and accumulation of all Speed known in their universe. These characters immediately understand how to run at superhuman speeds and their bodies instinctively understand how to react at high-speed situations. Older speedsters have a reduced but maxed speed of 770mph which is just below sonic booms allowing them to react to situations without causing civilians undo stress. Speedsters in their prime can travel at much faster speeds such as the max level of recorded aided speed on Earth and even reach the speed of light with enough willpower. It is possible for conduits to travel much faster than the speed of light however such levels require an incredible amount of stress. Speedsters unaccustomed to their max level of speeds may detach themselves from the Speed Force or even become part of the Speed Force by accident.

Vortex Creations - Speed Force conduits that plant themselves on the ground and rotate their extremities can cause an incredible amount of wind to burst through their focused funnel. Most Speedsters use this ability automatically when they run reducing the air currents around their body to low enough levels to no longer inhibit their speed. Creatively, Speedsters can create tornadoes and gusts with their arms.


Super Speed Reading: He is capable of speed-reading at superhuman rates, accumalating mass amounts of knowledge in seconds.

Don has shown that he is able to carry several people at a time when evacuating a dangerous area, whether feats like this are performed while running on adrenaline is not known. Don possesses the strength level of a man his age, size, and weight who engages in intensive regular exercise, and can at least press lift his own body weight. However, his powers allow him to throw punches at speeds that, on impact, can have the same effect someone with superhuman strength can have.

Costume Ring- a small ring with a spring-loaded opening. Donald uses this ring to compress and conceal his costume while operating in his civilian identity. By thumbing a small stud on the side, the top of the ring opened, releasing the costume (chemically treated to shrink), allowing Donald the ability to change clothes at super-speed

Donald Rogers is a leading scientist for STAR Labs who specializes in Methahuman research. He was fascinated by the men who were called The Flash and their ability to move at such high speeds. He decided to recreate the accident that made Barry Allen a superhero to see if it would work again. It did and Donald Rogers gained the powers of a Speed Force Conduit. He took up the name of The Flash and began crime fighting in Austin, Texas where he lived and worked at STAR Labs.

He however fought through the pain and physical therapy to regain the ability to walk and eventually found himself nearly fully healed and able to rejoin society normally. It was his strong will that attracted the Green Lantern Ring to him and he became the Green Lantern for Sector 2814. As Green Lantern he protects Earth and other worlds from various threats and is a member of the Justice League on Earth.

-Energo-Synthesis: Elle is capable of generating beams of various forms of energy, provided she knows the makeup of that energy.  She can produce rays of Kryptonite radiation, yellow sun radiation, gamma rays, heat beams, and so-on, all from her hands.  She can focus it better by funneling it through fingers at a time instead of her whole hand which is typically used for powerfully concussive beams.  This is another power unique to her.

-Superhuman Mind: Elle's mind is that of a Modus Native.  Modusites actually have among the highest capacities for knowledge in the known Universe.  They can absorb and retain knowledge and information at superhuman speeds and retain all of said knowledge with optimal clarity and immediate recollection.

Elle was adopted by Kara and Hank upon their witnessing her crash landing in Smallville.  She'd come here with her parents in some manner of escape.  However, her parents died in the crash.  They weren't alone.  Elle came down with a fleet of alien ships behind her.  This was the Elite Force of Modus.  Kara took the child in.  When the force attacked, Kara dealt with them until they were beaten.  But the leader reached out to them with haunting information.  This child was a walking disaster zone, gifted with power that no being in the galaxy should have.  The people she'd come down to Earth with were fugitives, intent on conquering this world with her and building a civilization their atop humanity's bones before eventually using this new order to go to war with Modus.  However, they were discovered.

Kara refused to turn the child over, having been unable to have one of her own for a long list of reasons.  She ultimately took the child in.  The commander did not approve of this.  But he was in no position to argue...especially not with a Kryptonian.  It was allowed, but only under the condition that she would never be used to threaten another world.  The term was reasonable.  Kara and Hank raised her as Elle, having named her based on the House of El of Krypton.

Elle grew older, learning of her powers and alien heritage.  Unlike others, however, she was fully accepting of this, having been fascinated by it.  Soon she began having her own little misadventures and the like until growing older and calming down.

She currently resides in Metropolis, operating as a temporary Super-Girl replacement while Karie is incapacitated.

Atlantean Biological Adaptation: The Atlanteans are an offshoot of humanity that is biologically adapted to the deep ocean environment. Amphibious Nature: Aquaman, as an Atlantean, can breath underwater and on land. Enhanced Smell: several times more acute than human capacity.

Superhuman Strength: Aquaman possesses superhuman strength on the order of 150 times human maximum, but his strength is always underrated, considering the company that he keeps. His strength is more than a match for most barriers such as wood, metals, brick or concrete walls. Only extremely durable metal reinforced barriers, have any chance of slowing him for any length of time. Aquaman frequently displays feats of Super-Atlantean (the average Atlantean can lift/press approximately 2 tons) and Superhuman strength. While not on par with Superman and Wonder Woman, he has proven capable of performing standing high jumps of 4 stories (both on land and from water), lifting and throwing a tank (at least 25 tons). His strength would appear somewhat dependent on how hydrated he is as he was capable of lifting a considerable chunk of a city block in Sub-Diego, and has proven capable of shifting an oil rig platform which would weigh thousands of tons as well.

Superhuman Endurance: Aquaman possesses strength and stamina that allows him to swim up to 150 mph for at least a 4 hour period without significant breaks for rest or recuperation.

Superhuman Durability: Aquaman's enhanced physiology enables him to withstand impacts that would kill and ordinary human, and critically injure an average Atlantean. He has been seen in ocean depths as deep as 20,000 feet (3.79 miles) below the surface of the water.It seems that Aquaman has been able to travel as deep as 36,000 feet (6.82 miles) considering that he claims that his eyes have been adapted to see at that depth. He is not completely durable against large fire arms, but is able to take a direct hit by small arms fire without incapacitation. Regular bullets are shown to make him bleed but otherwise glance off his thick skin.

Energy-Heat Resistance: Aquaman is extremely resistant to energy/heat based attacks as he has with stood multiple blasts from Amazo's heat vision, Black Manta's heat beams, and energy blasts from an OMAC.

Superhuman Speed: Aquaman's regular speed is approximately 100mph swimming underwater, although slightly less on the surface.In times of distress this has shown to drastically increase, and he has reached 1,000 knots.

Superhuman Reflexes: While no speedster, Aquaman's reflexes are superior to even near metahumans such as Deathstroke the Terminator, and his reflexes are on the order of 12-15 times faster than a normal human. Aquaman is the greatest swimmer in the world.

Marine Telepathy: Aquaman has the ability to communicate directly with sea life and has done so throughout most of his life. Lately he possesses a greater range of control that can actually force sea creatures to obey his whims. Currently, he requests their assistance and they comply. He has chosen to continue to request since, if he forces them to comply, they will ultimately lose respect for him. He now also has access to a quantum field phenomenon called "the Clear". "The Clear" quantum phenomenon has been observed with the subject called the Swamp Thing who called it the Green or the Morphogenic Field of Animal Man (also called the Red). History:

Star-Girl: Mercy began her career as a superhero when she found the Star Rod in a crater while out camping.  The rod selected her because of her content of character, allowing her to control many of its abilities, though she never tapped into its full potential.  Still, she was a valued part-time member of the Justice League for a year.

Gold Lantern: After Angelica returned to Earth and gave up the Gold Lantern Ring, the Guardians decided that Mercy was the next worthy one to bear it.  Mercy would then go on to become a majorly valued member of the Justice League after spending several months in space, training under then-Green Lantern, John Starks.

Mercy exhibited control over the ring that Angelica never did, largely due to her stronger emotional resolve.  She proved to be incredibly effective, acting as Earth's dominant Lantern while John tended to handle space affairs more often.

However, when Zeitgeist's onslaught claims John's life, Mercy displays a severe lack of composure, during which time she allows the ring to nearly consume her with vengeful intent.  Her costumes becomes dark red, implying, implying a strong desire to outright murder the orchestrator of this act. Shape-Shifting: Elijah has been able to use the M-Field to completely reorganize his phenotypic make up. For example,he can transform his body into that of a Polar Bear. This also allows him to take on the characteristics of the animals that he is tapping into.

Taming : He is able to use his natural ability of calming Animals to tame them. Whilst with most normal humans it takes months to tame a wild animal, Buddy can do it in minutes by reaching into the Red and showing it has nothing to fear.

Intelligence : He is able to see things from a slightly different view point, the point of view of the Animal. As a result of this he is able to put into practice the intelligence of whatever animal he is tapping into, its experiences, and its perception of the world.

Longevity: As an Animal Master Buddy has natural longevity. The other Animal masters had lived for hundreds, if not thousands of years, so Buddy feeling old at 30 years is something of a false Economy.

Personality
Elijah is a kind hearted and caring individual. He will go out of his way to help any living creature in trouble.

History
Elijah is the grandson of Buddy Baker, the original Animal Man. Like his grandfather he has a link to the Morphogenic field (or Red) where all the genetic, behavioral, mystical and phenotypic information about animals (from the first animal life on the planet to the possible evolutionary branches of organisms alive today) is kept. He uses his abilities to protect those that can't protect themselves.
