Hawk: A magical transformation which gives him enhanced strength, endurance, intelligence, agility, and claws. William's powers are extensions and amplifications of traits he already possesses. Hawk has super-strength, faster-than-human speed, and a heightened body density which renders him almost invulnerable. As Hawk, he also heals incredibly quickly and can not revert to Hank when his wounds or some other condition would be fatal to William. Hawk fights offensively, always on the attack, and is easily enraged.
Dove: Posses a danger sense that causes her to transform into Dove until the danger passes. The transformation makes her hypervigilant; her natural aptitudes are enhanced, such as her ability as a good judge of people and, in some situations, allowing her to read people and objects within seconds, and know how they will act and react. In addition to flight, she also has enhanced agility, durability (can withstand a great deal of physical punishment and heal quickly), and perception (her perception becomes so great that she becomes aware of most things within the realm).

Bio
Rex traveled the globe with his parents, renowned scientist and historians looking into the unknown history of past. Rex is quick study and a natural athlete which made it easy for him to become an expert in several fighting styles he studied at each stop. While exploring the city Rex witnessed a few guys attacking some woman. He was surprised that no one stopped to help and decided to do something. After rescuing the woman he decided he wanted to help others in trouble, because who else was going to do it and who else could do it better than him? For a time he was never able to settle on a hero name and changed it frequently, until his parents settled in San Franciso. He continued playing the hero, sometimes roaming the streets in his costume during the day which caused many others his age to think of him as a bit of an oddball. He has heard about other heroes like him in other cities but has never actually met any of them.

Bio
Caleb was born into the League of Assassins. The League tried to train Caleb but were unable to keep the boys attention for long. Everything they showed him came naturally to Caleb and he would often get bored easily. When Nightwing left the League he decided to follow him thinking it would be exciting. After awhile though he got bored and stopped following Nightwing. He became a thief for a short time enjoying the rush he got from leading the police on long chases. When that got boring for him he went searching for something else to satisfy his need to be entertained and feel that rush. After seeing Superman fighting one of his many rivals he decided to try being a hero thinking it looked fun and exciting.

Leaving the staff in her apartment, Mercy is distraught to discover that it's gone one afternoon.  Someone had broken into her apartment and found its hiding place in the closet.  That person would later begin to parade around as Star-Girl, herself.  When Mercy confronts her, the girl blackmails her into letting her keep the staff so she can continue basking in the glory.

Mercy allows it to continue since the girl did genuinely seem to be doing some good with the staff.  When Young Justice is called together later, Star-Girl is among the many young heroes recruited.

Lila was born to the corrupt football player, Clint Lowell.  Even before Clint's descent into a life of crime, he constantly pressed her to be athletic, competitive, and willful to live.  He forced her to train with him for years growing up.  Then, when is football career came to an end and he became the notorious Sportsmaster, it got worse.  She grew to hate her father.

Then, when her father was killed by Centurion, she fled with his arsenal.  Eventually she was found by the Justice League, investigating Sportsmaster's death. To keep an eye on her, they made her join the Teen Titans.

Nightwing Suit: Nightwing's current costume is made of a version of the Nomex fire-resistant, triple-weave Kevlar-lined material. It is an excellent protection against damage, and it's also electrically insulated. Instead of a black cape for stealthing, the suit is light sensitive, darkening when there is more light in the area. The current costume is a stylized blue "wing" across his shoulders and extending to his hands, coloring his two middle fingers, over a black torso and legs. Nightwing's costume is tailored specifically to his unique style of crime-fighting. As such, his costume has fewer body-armor inlays than Batman's, anticipating a decreased need for shock-absorption and an increased capacity for motion ("Move more, get hit less."). A caveat of this configuration can be exploited by capable fighters who are both fast and strong, such as Superman. Should Nightwing need to engage an enemy who is capable of exploiting this weakness, he has supplemental body-armor overlays which he can attach to his gauntlets, his mask, his shoulders, and boots.

Joseph is a dedicated and courageous man. He lives to protect others and to stop crime and the ones who commit crimes. Joseph is a surprisingly easy going and laid back person considering what happened to his family but rather than dwell on the negative he moved past it to become a hero. He is very sarcastic and always has a quip, something he uses to infuriate and distract enemies during a fight. He is stern however when needed and can and will be an intimidating foe, nearly as intimidating as The Batman.

History:

Joseph was born a Grayson, the son and second child of Brian Grayson the owner of Haly's Circus. Joseph was given the best education as a child along side his older sister and were trained in the acrobatic arts, a family tradition. Joseph and his sister became the new "Flying Graysons" a homage to the old Flying Graysons of Haly's Circus prior to their murder. Joseph traveled with the circus until 18 when he went off to college to study law wanting to become a police detective. When his father died due to a heart attack his older sister inherited the Circus along with Joseph but Joseph was unable to be with the Circus full time so he let his sister take full ownership.

Joseph was one of the few good cops left in Gotham City. He didn't take bribes and he never looked the other way when it came to crime. Blame it on being one of the youngest detectives in the city but he wanted to clean up the city and do it right. However that all changed when the mob wanted him to become dirty. He refused and his wife and daughter were gunned down one day outside of his daughter's school.

Joseph hell bent on revenge decided to become a vigilante, he used his police training and acrobatic skills take on criminals. One day he tracked down the mob boss that had ordered the hit on his family. He was close to killing the man but thoughts of his family made him take the moral high road and had the mobster locked away. However Joe was realizing that he wasn't the most skilled out there he needed training as he'd had far too many close calls. He found himself a teacher, the League of Assassins.

In the League Joseph learned very quickly and rose through their ranks become one of the League's best. However, he didn't believe in the philosophy of the League and he left the League in a rather hostile way, besting every assassin that was sent against him after he broke away. Eventually Joseph returned to Gotham and took up his old job as a detective. It wasn't long until he was back out at night fighting crime, this time with the training and skills to make a real difference. Joseph then took up the mantle of his grandfather Dick Grayson and became Nightwing.

Red Hawk Suit: The costume Red Hawk wears is composed by reinforced Kevlar and a little percentage of titanium; it's bullet-proof and resistant to various types of attack (explosions, impacts, falls, etc...). It's also flame-retarding and insulating. The gloves and the boots are reinforced to rebound the impact of punches and kicks. The gloves have also some metallic blades on their sides. The cape is designed to provide the wearer with controlled gliding functionality with the ability to change directions and heights while in mid-air. The mask has a little percentage of lead, which shields the face of Red Hawk from x-ray powers or x-ray technology, and incorporates an infrared and night vision viewer, auditory sensors and a sonar. The mask is accessorized with some security systems (aggravating gas, electric blasts, etc.), like the utility belt, and integrates a transmitter receiver device de voice and video

Utility Belt: Red Hawk keeps most of his personal field equipment in a signature piece of apparel, a yellow utility belt.The utility belt has a button to call in his motorcycle. It contains items such as plastic explosives, nerve toxins, stylized batarangs called "Redbirds", smoke bombs, a fingerprint kit, flares, a cutting tool, a grappling hook gun, torches, and a "re-breather" breathing device.

Gauntlets: Red Hawk's gauntlets on his arms are equipped with a 150,000 volt stun gun.

Escrima Sticks/Bo-Staff: Held in spring loaded pouches on his legs Red Hawk carries a pair of Escrima sticks made from an unbreakable polymer. The sticks can be charged electrically to increase their damage and to stun an opponent. The sticks are also able to be connected together and then extend further to create a fighting bo-staff.

HawkCycle: A personalized motorcycle with a black and red paint job that Red Hawk uses to get around the city.

History:

Aaron is the son of Carl Blair, a former army General who went into business for himself in the private sector after retiring. Carl Blair made a vast fortune designing and selling arms to the Western superpowers like the United States and United Kingdom. Being a child of money Aaron was given the best education money could buy in Gotham City. Aaron was also rigorously trained by his father to be in perfect shape as he wanted his son to have every benefit in life, brains, brawn, and money would certainly help.

Aaron's father arranged for several martial arts masters to travel to America and train his son in the various arts such as Karate, Escrima, Aikido, and Judo. Aaron's father also had professional MMA fighters and Boxers come to Gotham to train his son in both styles as well. By age 15 Aaron was a walking weapon. However being a military brat Aaron was instilled with a very strong sense of Duty, Honor, Respect, and Discipline but was also taught to be a free thinker and to not just obey orders.

Aaron lived a near perfect life until he was 17 when his father died. The Mob had been trying to get his father to provide them with his high quality weapons for years and had finally grown tired of his refusals. One day when Aaron came home he found the place trashed and his father killed. Fortunately his mother had not been there. Aaron was angry, understandably and he went out looking for the men who killed his father. However his uncle James tracked him down and stopped him. His uncle was also former military and knocked some sense into his nephew, if Aaron went after them and killed any of them they'd be able to track him back and then kill him and his mother. Aaron took that as he needed a disguise. So using the inheritance he had gotten he went to work and forged himself a suit and gear taking heavily from the designs he'd seen at the Batman Museum. He modeled his costume after that of the famous Robin and Nightwing and called himself Red Hawk. He then set out to track down his father's killers and get his revenge on them.

During the Brainiac Invasion Red Hawk took to the streets fighting the forces of Brainiac alongside the GCPD and Nightwing while the Justice League confronted Brainiac himself

Unstable Physiology - Mischief's exposure to the failed attempt at recreating Joker Venom has greatly altered her physiology, making it inconsistent.  She has been known to go from an acrobatic lightweight with an emphasis on agility, to a brick powerhouse that can decimate a city block in minutes.  Sometimes she can lift a fully grown man, other times she can lift a car.

Toxin Immunity - Mischief is immune to drugs and toxins.

Insane Intellect - Somehow, the more insane Mischief allows herself to become, the more intelligent she is and the more proficient she is in combat situations.  At one point she even bested Robin, who has certainly been through more training than she ever has.  It is difficult to imagine how effective she'd be if she allowed herself to slip into purely psychopathic behavior.

Weapons
Cards - Mischief tends to carry around a deck of cards.  Some are razor sharp, some are electrical traps, and some are explosive.

Pistol - Mischief actually has a pistol hidden in her boot.  However, this weapon shoots gas pellets filled with dampened Joker Venom.

Joke-in-the-Box - Mischief's Joke-in-the-Boxes are far more powerful bombs than her exploding cards.  However, she typically only carries one around.

Squirt Flower - Mischief's squirt flower formerly squirted an acidic compound that burned, but not in a way that couldn't be cured. Now, however, she has proven to have upgraded the acid, making it far more dangerous.

Joy Buzzers - Each of Mischief's gloves has a built-in happy buzzer the can electrocute at varying levels of voltage; the highest of which being lethal.

Smile Cycle - Mischief has a motorcycle that she stole from a mercenary.

Nano-Mesh - Mischief's nano-skin further augments her physiology, making her bullet proof and even stronger and faster than normal.  This mesh makes her skin appear white, however, leading to her Joker-Like appearance.

Mischief is a troublemaker who seems to just not care.  If she can keep her adrenaline up, then it's worth her time.  Otherwise she's prone to rather harsh or inappropriate jokes and tends to prank people.  She likes nicknaming people and seems not to mind causing pain to people on her own side.

Delia was originally a troubled girl who everyone trashed and mocked.  At one point, it finally got to her.  The laughing was too much to bear so she decided to try and take her own life.  However, on the afternoon that she intended to do this, she was found by a few school bullies who chased her into a chemical plant.  While here, the bullies caught up to her and roughed her up a bit.  She managed to fight back but was exposed to some sort of gas compound.  As a result, something happened to her mind and body almost instantly.  Then she, in a fit of confusion, attacked them all, nearly killing each of them by throwing them into a vat of chemicals below.  However, she stopped herself.  Later, she surfaced as the troublemaking vigilante, Mischief.

As of late, Mischief's relative calmness seems to have been wearing off.  She's slowly been mentally reverting into a more violent sociopath with boundary issues and no regard for the lives of others.  She's been employing far more dangerous weapons and gear.  Furthermore, she's lately been proving to be more and more adept in combat.  Study indicates that the compound that increased her, not only made her physically perfect, but also affected her mind.  It may have been a delayed reaction, but her reaction times have been improving, her combat knowledge has been taking leaps and bounds, and she's proved to be a mechanical genius on more than one occasion.  The trade-off may have been her sanity, however.  She's been increasingly ruthless in missions and even narrowing avoided killing a few crooks.

Also, Mischief noticeably been getting stronger and faster without the nano weave, crossing over into the superhuman threshold. She can lift automobiles and outrace the fastest of men.
