"No, I'm gonna clean up Gotham until there's no crooks left and there won't be anymore victims." Nightwing said.

"Admirable goal. But you know you can't do that alone."

"I can, until Derek is on his feet." Nightwing said.

"Then at least let Bat-Girl help," she says, getting up. "I need to do something to keep me busy. Keep my mind occupied."

Nightwing nodded. "Give me a moment to restock." He said getting up.

Angelica goes and gets herself suited.

Nightwing went and restocked his supplies and put on a fresh suit and mask before walking out and waiting for her by his Wing-Cycle.

Bat-Girl rolls out on her new Bat-Cycle...Lorie worked fast. "Where to start?"

"Crime Alley?" Nightwing said getting on his Wing-Cycle.

Angelica hesitated a moment. "Uh...sure," she says, rolling off.

Nightwing arched his eyebrow. "Where did you have in mind?" He asked driving off after her.

Bat-Girl pulls up near crime alley. "Nowhere just some bad associations with the place."

"Doesn't everyone?" Nightwing said.

"After you," she says.

Nightwing nodded and dismounted his bike and it cloaked itself. He looked around and then shot a grapple line heading up to the roof top.

"Babysitting, Nightwing," Kasumi says, kneeling at the adjacent end of the rooftop.

"You?!" Bat-Girl says, readying a batarang.

"I wouldn't do that," Kasumi says without looking.

"...You POISONED me. Gi'me one hell of a reason not to."

Kasumi says nothing for a moment then turns her head and looks to Nightwing.

"I don't have to do anything.", the old man states firmly.

"Considering the fact that you are not in charge of any official detainment facility and are housing them here on no certain authority, yes...you do," Squire says.

"It seems you don't know where you are exactly. Poor thing.", the old man belittles him. "There is no way that you are getting these people out without my permission. So... perhaps we can strike a deal some other way. Hire me. Whatever it is that you are preparing for must be very exclusive."

"Hire you? This is not some-". Suddenly the scroll changes color and he reads over it. "By decree of our lord, you are invited...to membership...in the secret...society."

Gallant and Sepulcher look to one another. "T'would seem our lord's patience has thinned," Gallant says.

"If it accelerates the process of his Final Conflict, then it can only be beneficial in the end," Sepulcher says.

"Final Conflict? Oh joy.", the old man says as the stalagmites begin to crumble.

Squire hesitantly shuts the scroll and as the two ends meet, there is a bright, all consuming flash of light. With that, the villains all find themselves in an old mansion, alongside quite a few members of various rogues galleries.

"...Impressive.", Caliber mutters sarcastically as she rubs her wrists. She glowers over at the old man.

"Oh come now. You're free! Technically.", the old man says.

"And you're DEAD!"


Claw sniffs around. "What an odd scent."

Sepulcher looms over the two of them. "Get quiet."

"This, concludes our recruitment of the Secret Society of Super Villains and Criminals," Squire says.  "Recently I had a run-in with the so-called greatest superhero to ever live, this...Superman.  Though history would suggest that, compared to the original, the current 'Man of Steel' is hardly even a man of Tin.  He is weaker.  He is slower.  He is more helpless than the original...and yet still he is a threat.  And he has allies," Squire announces.

"The Justice League," Gallant continues.  "You are all here for one purpose, and one only...to destroy them."
