Gotham City- 2100

He smashed through his prison and looked around before finally seeing Angelica. "You gave me an idea. Or two, rather."

Angelica reaches the top of the fire escape to catch a breather. "This would be leaps and bounds easier if I had my suit," she mutters. Not to self...invest in thermal resistant gear when I get home."

"I am Mr. Frost", he declared, firing a long beam across the street.

"What really? That's the best you could come up with? Gee, why not put on a black top hat and carrot nose while you're at it," she says . She then stands up and glances to a nearby clothes line. "...Sometimes I don't doubt that I've lost my mind...this is one of those times," she says to herself, grabbing on end of the line and detaching it from the building. "Hey! Funny thing about ice...It Breaks!" She then jumps, the tattered drape flowing behind her as she swings from the rooftop to the villain with a kick.

Mr. Frost spun around quickly, his torso twisting all the way, catching Angelica by the throat. "Stop annoying me."

"At least the Gotham Bats are doing well, I know I should hate em being from Bludhaven but my kid brother playing for them has torn my loyalty." He chuckled.

"Fair enough," Angelica says, gasping for air. "Now I'll REALLY annoy you." She manages to shift her weight around, flipping in a manner as to slip from his grasp then landing behind him. She kicks him onto the street, into the path of an oncoming truck, unable to stop on the frozen road. She decides then to run home to get her real suit, figuring that what she'd just done wouldn't keep for too long.

Mr. Frost smashed through the cargo once he'd recovered.

Moments later, Bat-Girl lands on a street lamp in her suit. "Okay, so bird boy was right. The gear helps. Sue Me."

Mr. Frost looked around and saw Bat-Girl. "Ah, now I see. You're a Bat."

"Understatement of the century," she says as she leaps down, her cowl wrapped around her.

"Indeed, if we had your brother we'd be unstoppable" Frank said

"Hmm.", Mr. Frost said. He opened a keypad on his left arm and pushed a couple of buttons. A few pieces of his armor ejected and fell off, revealing a suit more fit for close combat. "Much better."

Bat-Girl narrows her eyes. Her suit seemed to trigger the more serious and brooding nature of her personality. Beneath her cowl her hands are hidden as they slip into her belt and slip on a pair of buster knuckles. She then lunges, running towards Frost.

Frost watched her run towards him as he covered his knuckles in thick ice.

Bat-Girl then slid on the ice before leaping up and throwing a swift punch.

Frost ducked down and moved back with a long step.

Upon landing, Bat-Girl slings two batarangs toward him that stick in the icy road surface before detonating.

"Thank you for your time" Claire said "you've been very helpful."
"Not a problem. Not going to lie and say I hope you find the Miller's killer but frankly I don't give a damn."
"that's perfectly understandable." Claire said getting up to leave.

Mr. Frost covers his face with an arm.

Bat-Girl rockets forward through the smoke, both arms forward and lunges.

Mr. Frost roared and caught Bat-Girl, throwing her past him at a car.

Bat-Girl reaches onto her belt and grabs the zip cord, firing and latching onto Frost's suit. This pulls her toward him at high speeds which allows her to deliver one powerful kick.

Frost let out a grunt, the kick launching him back into a car.

Bat-Girl's eyes narrow as she looks from down the street at the cold villain, making sure he stays down this go around.
