Gotham City- 2100

One of the henchmen had heard the sound and decided to wander off alone.

Bat-Girl sneaked along the ceiling before dropping down on this 'henchman'. "Next time, hit Metropolis," she whispers to him after punching him in the face and knocking him out. She then faintly hears the sound of guns loading and quickly wraps her cloak around herself, deflecting the oncoming bullets. She waits until both henchmen run out of ammo before opening up and tossing two batarangs at their hands and rushing them.

Red Robin crashed through the window, covering the hostages and knocking out a couple, expecting more to come until he saw Bat-Girl.

Bat-Girl heard the window crash but didn't turn around, simply standing up and adjusting her gloves. "About time you got here. I was half worried something happened to you." She pulled down on the neck of her gloves before slinging around and punching a goon who'd tried to sneak up on her from the floor.

Red Robin cocked an eyebrow which also furrowed his mask a bit. "Im...pressive."

"To you. To them it's more like 'ah, don't hurt me!' but you get the idea," she says glancing quickly behind her. She then steps out of the way and holds her hand to the door. "Lead the way, Robin."

He stared at her for a couple of seconds before walking past her. "It's RED Robin.", he muttered.

"If you say so," she says, following him.

Red Robin headed down the hall and activated infrared vision. "The executive is being held captured by at least five more men."

"That's all? They just don't make criminal masterminds like they used to."

"I don't think they're any masterminds. Just goons hungry for cash."

"That just makes it that much more fun," Bat-Girl says, taking up a position behind a door. "Ro...RED Robin...I think they're not as stupid as we thought." In the next room were several unconscious captives and a beeping. "Split up?"

"Split up.", Red Robin agreed and hurried off.

Bat-Girl proceeded to kick the door in and looked around at the civilians in the room. Too many for her to evacuate. She'd have to do something about the bomb. Having not been a member of the bomb squade or even having the luxury of time, she decided that the best thing to do was to try and dispose of it. She then grabbed it and threw herself through the window, clinging to the side of the wall and grappling her way up to the roof.

Red Robin surprised the captives as well as the leader, engaging in a short fist fight before knocking them out.

"This physically augmenting suit better be good for something!" Bat-Girl says to herself as she lands on the roof. She then winds up and throws the bomb as far as she can into the air, tossing a batarang at it once it's at its highest. The force still proving enough to throw her from the rooftop but using her new cloak, she glides back into the building, finding Red Robin. "Nice."

"Very nice indeed. Good job", Red Robin said throwing the leader down before looking at her.

"You too," she says, standing by the window, her back turned to him. She then returns inside and begins to free the hostages she'd left in the rigged room. They lay unconscious still as she cut the tape and rope binding them.

Red Robin tied up the criminals while Bat-Girl freed the hostages. He began to move towards the window when he heard the forces running up the stairs.

When she finishes up, Bat-Girl returns to Red Robin to find the criminals all tied up. "Something tells me the police will be here soon," she says, flashing a cell phone before putting it down next to the knocked out hostage from which she'd retrieved it.

"Yeah, in a few seconds.", Red Robin said looking at her.

"Well, thanks for the help. Couldn't have done it without ya," she says, standing back in the window. She then smiles. "I've always wanted to try this." Then she jumps, free falling several stories before opening her cloak and gliding safely to a rooftop with a rolling stop.

Red Robin watched her as she glided down. He grinned a little before turning around, heading off to the other direction.

Once both were gone, Cat-Woman sneaked into the building, locating one of the hostages she'd recognized and pulling his phone from his pocket. She looked through it for one particular contact and took a picture of it with a belt attachment before moving along throughout the building, locating a safe on the upper levels. The number was truthfully the combination to the safe. Opening the safe, she found a a folder filled with a number of files which she scanned, again with her belt. She then reached into the back of the safe, locating a hidden trap door and pulling out a rather gorgeous Sapphire. "Ooh-la-la," she says, pocketing the gem before leaving the building.

Jumping the rooftops, Bat-Girl finally stops and sits to rest for the moment, now more psyched than ever about being Bat-Girl.

Red Robin studied the city and waited for something to possibly happen.
