Superhuman Intellect - Ruby's brain is apparently capable of functioning on level with a super computer.  She can retain mass amounts of data and information and can recall, repeat, and/or replicate virtually anything she observes.  It is for this reason that she has the reputation that she does.

Suggestion - Thanks to a special form of drug that she developed herself that presumably trumps built-up immunities (though not natural immunity such as with a Kryptonian).  Once someone is exposed to it, they are several times more susceptible to suggestions and demands but only from her, hinting that the drug is somehow connected to her biology.  The drug also allows her to play with people's minds and induce elaborate illusions.

History:
Ruby took Gotham and Bludhaven by storm, wracking up a noticeable fortune seemingly overnight.  The Scarlet Lounge was the product of much labor and it shows at it is the most visited attraction among all of the Gotham/Bludhaven night life.  However, Ruby never was content with living too easily.  Despite her achieving her success entirely by legitimate means, she allowed illegal dealings to take place within the lounge, even helping to set up meetings from time to time or relay information from one gang to another.

Eventually she set up another legitimate endeavor as an Information Broker.  However, that too was a sort of a front.  She had basic, perfectly harmless information, and then she had the "Juicy Stuff".  Stuff that could get a man shot dead in an instant.  However, she had her price.  Access to THAT knowledge always came for the price of one favor.

Ruby has been known to relay information to the police and the vigilantes (Nightwing mostly), but also to major crime groups.  She plays no specific side until things get personal.  Then she's on whatever side it hits her at.

Ruby's information network is, by all means, impenetrable.  What of it is cybernetics cannot be hacked by anything less than Brainiac himself.  What knowledge is relayed, is forgotten as soon as it's acquired.  She is the only person with access to the info by the time it reaches her and given her IQ and disposition, interrogating her more than likely won't end well.

Nightingale Suit: Nightingale's current costume is made of a version of the Nomex fire-resistant, triple-weave Kevlar-lined material. It is an excellent protection against damage, and it's also electrically insulated. In addition to a black cape for stealthing, the suit is light sensitive, darkening when there is more light in the area. The current costume is a stylized red "wing" across her shoulders and extending to her hands, coloring her two middle fingers, over a black torso and legs. Nightingale's costume is tailored specifically to her unique style of crime-fighting. As such, her costume has fewer body-armor inlays than Batman's, anticipating a decreased need for shock-absorption and an increased capacity for motion ("Move more, get hit less."). A caveat of this configuration can be exploited by capable fighters who are both fast and strong, such as Superman. Should Nightingale need to engage an enemy who is capable of exploiting this weakness, she has supplemental body-armor overlays which she can attach to her gauntlets, her mask, her shoulders, and boots.

Nightingale Mask: The mask, in the form of her symbol, is fixed in place with spirit gum, and includes a built-in radio transmitter/receiver and Starlite night-vision lenses.

History:

Elizabeth was born into the Circus, Haly's Circus to be exact. He father Brian Grayson was the owner having inherited it from his father, who inherited it from Richard Grayson the original Robin and later Nightwing. Elizabeth was trained from an early age to be a acrobat and carry on the Grayson tradition. She and her younger brother Joseph became the second "Flying Graysons" act for Haly's Circus until her brother left for college.

Later in life her father died of a heart attack and left the circus to his two children. Joseph was unable to be with the circus full time due to his college and later police responsibilities so Elizabeth took over as sole owner. Elizabeth would find her grandfather's journal one day and would learn of his time as Robin and then Nightwing. Inspired by her ancestor she made her own costume and became Nightingale. As Nightingale she would travel the world with Haly's Circus and would fight crime in each city while she was there, putting considerable dents in their organized crime and any police corruption.

Elizabeth has recently purchased Amusement Mile in Gotham City and plans to rebuild the area and bring it back to it's former glory, an endevour her great grandfather tried. Elizabeth and Haly's Circus are returning to Gotham City after many years.

He has a wide-variety of trick arrows, ranging from bola arrows to time-bomb arrows to his infamous boxing-glove arrow. In recent years he has used these arrows sparingly, preferring the time-tested simple arrow. Green Arrow has shown the ability to shoot an arrow down the barrel of a gun, pierce a drop of water as it leaves a tap, and shoot almost any part of the human body; although he aims only to wound and not kill when he shoots. At the start he was only using the persona of Green Arrow as outlet for thrill seeking but after seeing how bad Star City had gotten he started fighting crime to actually help people.

Oscar was born into wealth and had no direction in life in his early years, just spending money and living a lavish life as member of the Queen family. He eventually settled in some after college and began working for his father at Queen Industries. He eventually became the CFO for Queen Industries under his father. Oscar however grew bored of the corporate life and while watching the news and hearing about the resurgence of masked vigilantes like Batman he questioned whatever happened to Star City's hero The Green Arrow. He eventually discovered that is was his grandfather who had been Green Arrow and he took up the mantle learning the skills needed to go out and fight crime.

Recently Eisen Waffen International absorbed Queen Industries in what appeared to be a "friendly takeover" but Oscar knows better. As Green Arrow he has been digging into the purpose behind EW's expansion into the the United States and has set his sights on Gotham where Eissen Waffen has set in motions their own plans for Wayne Enterprises. He hopes to work with the vigilantes there and with Edgar Wayne to stop Beck and regain his family's company.

Adaptroid was created as Red Tornado Unit 21.  After the events that brought Unit 12 to "life", Batman fiddled with some of the programming in unit 21.  This resulted in an accidental recreation of the same effect...but a very different version of it.  Ultimately, Unit 21 went rogue and escaped.  He would return multiple times until eventually coming back, entirely reinvented and with upgrades that make him almost unstoppable.

A rebellious teen whose heart is certainly in the right place but her actions can prove to take her ten steps back in the wrong direction.  She's hasty, rash, and ill tempered with a tendency to get into trouble due to lacking grasp of authority.  However, she has a heart of gold and hates to see people pushing around those who can't defend themselves.  She'll step in and defend them herself in a heartbeat.

As of late, Kara is more than a little depressed.  During the battle with Sovereign, she lost her powers to some form of weapon that produced red Kryptonite radiation.  For whatever reason, the effects refuse to ware off.  It has her thinking that maybe her days as Super-Girl are over?  But she still wants to help.  She is very unsure of herself and without her powers, she's much more easily startled, as well as being a bit insecure now.  Gone is the cocky, bold, headstrong adventurer she was.  She's also discovering a few deficiencies.  She can hardly focus.  Her part Kryptonian mind was what made her so sharp.  Now she struggled to retain information well.  She needs glasses now.  And she'd beginning to rediscover just how frail humans are...from first hand experience.  And not only is she human, but she is a completely unremarkable one.

History:
Karla was born to Cole Kent, grandson of the original Superman, son of the Earth Born Ultra-Man. Given a rough family history, it seemed only natural. The original Superman, Clark Kent, had conceived, with his wife, two children. There was Kara Kent who would go on to be the next Supergirl in her later years, and there was Clarence Kent who took the darker path after the presumed death of his mother, Lois Lane. He became the Ultra-Man while Clark left the planet on a soul searching quest, later returning to talk some sense into his son but was eventually beaten by him. After it later turned out that Clarence was being controlled by yet another combination of Lex Luthor and Brainiac, Ultra-Man destroyed them both for making him nearly kill his own father and sister.

Later, when Clarence met Anne Olsen, the two fell in love. Together they conceived Cole Kent. When Ultra-Man later goes over the deep end once again, this time as an after effect due to brain damage done by the sudden breaking of his mind control, he became the dreaded Ultra-Man again, leaving Anne to take care of the child. Ultra-Man was successfully stopped by the Original Superman several times up until the coming of the new Superman, Cole. Cole manages to beat his father into submission once and the two continue to clash several times after that, each managing to defeat the other a fair amount of times.

Ultra-Man is later killed in one first-time heroic act after fighting himself. When Doomsday arrives on Earth to kill Superman, the two Men of Steel challenge the mighty leviathan and Ultra-Man delivers the final blow just as the final is dealt upon him. Ultra-Man is buried as a hero and later, Superman conceives a child with Janice Lang. This child was named Karla and, being so far down the family lineage, was significantly less powerful. But she did eventually grow into her own, discovering that her father was Superman on her own and learning all of his stories. It was here that everything would fall into place for her interest had been piqued and a spark of adventure ignited her drive to use her own power for such things. However, her powers came about incredibly late as opposed to the others whose powers came exceptionally quick. Eventually, though, her powers did come and Karla was trained by her father and several members of the Justice League in how to use them and how to be a hero.

After the battle with Sovereign, Karla's powers are taken away somehow, resulting in her having to somehow settle into normal life when all she used to do with her free time was throw on a cape and costume and go flying around, doing some daring deeds.  She is trying to learn how to fight from Lorelei but she isn't as quick a learner without the enhanced learning ability derived from her Kryptonian side.

Intellect - Lorelei has a genius level intellect and excels in the fields of technological engineering, being solely responsible for a wide array of equipment in the Bat-Family arsenal.

Martial Arts Prowess - As a result of being highly trained and still regularly partaking in training, Lorelei is a very skilled martial artist.  While Lorelei's primary fighting style emphasizes quick, powerful strikes, Cat's style employs acrobatic motion, pressure points, and body throws to minimize odds of taking hits and to keep her opponents off of their feet.

Intuitive Aptitude - Lorelei can duplicate virtually any humanly possible physical feat she sees with no prior training.  This also allows her to understand how things work simply by quickly analyzing them.

Athleticism - Lorelei is at her physical peak, which makes her capable of vast acrobatic and athletic feats.

Marksmanship - Lorelei is an expert marksman, surprisingly.

Weapons/Items:
Bat-Arsenal - Lorelei now carries around a belt with all of the traditional Bat-Gear.

Bat-Suit - Lorelei's current suit is composed of reactive adapting fabric and nanites, providing her enhanced mobility and strength as well as durability.  The suit comes with retractable "wings" as well which allow her to glide through the city.

Deadeye Arsenal - Lorie's Deadeye arsenal primarily consists of projectile weapons, including two firearms, and an energy bow that can fire bolts that follow whatever target they're locked on.  She also has wrist-mounted dart shooters, and a collapsable sniper rifle.  The suit is essentially unchanged.

General Personality:  
Lorie is an eager but troubled girl whose undying desire to live up to the legacy that'd been thrust upon her tends to cloud her judgement.  She's a lighthearted and witty girl and has a tendency to use her sense of humor as a distraction method.  She's also a true genius and will not let anyone forget it.  She's got a split personality and suffers to maintain control over her three sides.  It's a struggle that was recently a major problem but currently she's managed to maintain.  "Cat" is untrusting, vengeful, merciless, and adrenalin driven.  She is impulsive, but arguably more clever than Lorie ever was, probably because she shows far less restraint.

History:
Lorelei's parents were no good from the start. Her father was a drinker and her mother was the mindless housewife that let hr husband beat her around. When her father comes home one night completely drunk, he kills her mother before Lorelei's eyes. He then attacks Lorelei who shoots him in self defense, using a gun her mother had hidden. After her father is arrested, a traumatized Lorelei is orphaned and from then on trusts no one. She finds comfort in the tales of Batman and in telling people that the Bat is real but no one would believe her.

Later, Lorie would meet Angelica Foster at a diner and the waitress would befriend the young teen.

Later, Angelica opts to leave her mantle to someone more worthy of it, selecting Bat-Girl whose motives are better served and whose heart is much more pure and always in the right place. Lorelei takes her up on this offer and becomes the new Bat-Girl.

Later, Lorie nearly gets herself killed in fighting off an Ice themed super criminal. To protect against this in the future, she designs a thermal suit. This suit makes use of her earlier invented energy tech and utilizes it to preserve body heat as well as concentrate heat and generate fire, thus allowing the wearer to fly when using the suit. With this suit, Lorie adopted the temporary alias of Firefly, an alias she oft returns to when she needs the extra boost.

Lorie's final identity, that of the much more vengeful vigilante known as Catalyst, is introduced during the time period that she spent with Bat-Woman as her apprentice. Lorie had given up on Derek as Batman for a time, not trusting that he could ever return to being Derek. She couldn't stand to be the one wearing the mask of a bat where the other was wearing the mask of a man. When she later found herself tortured by Paradox, she had endured a fair amount of mental trauma. This very trauma led her to actually kill a person. Following this, she found herself to be losing her grip on reality. Bat-Woman took her under her wing, dubbing her Catalyst; a dark, violent, borderline psychotic, and sometimes overly playful vigilante.

It is later determined that Lorie suffers from multiple personality disorder. She is either completely disturbed and vengeful, compassionate and just, or insecure.

Lorelei later regained dominance over herself after watching Batman nearly get himself killed by The Clue. While she still has her bouts with her Catalyst persona, she is in better control now and parades as Black Bat. (Design meant to resemble a Batman Beyond type of look)

Lorie has recently had a relapse, in which she is acting once more under the Catalyst persona, though now using "Cat" as a civilian name and "Deadeye" as an alter ego.  This state has led her to side with Superman (in a manner of speaking.  She never officially joins him.  Just turns people over to him from time to time).  This time she seems far worse than the previous bout as Catalyst.

Catalyst is also far more deadly than ever before as she now incorporates Lorie's impressive arsenal in her own. This includes elements of the Firefly alter-ego, the Bat-Girl identity, and the Black Bat alias. She has full access to almost all of Lorie's arsenal, all of her skills, plus skills of her own.

Intellect - Arkham is very cold and calculating, often acting irrational and spontaneous in most situations. He appears to be exceptionally skilled when it comes to computer programming, including his hacking prowess, having not only crippled most of the major security frames in the world but also made sure he'd be able to easily access any mainframes in the future.

Martial Arts Prowess - Arkham is a highly trained martial artist, borrowing several different teachings, having developed his own style of unpredictable and brutal techniques.

Suit - The suit Arkham uses is a mix of rare enhanced nano kevlar for mobility and promethium plating for added protection. It is very lightweight.

Arsenal - His array of equipment includes tear gas, flashbangs, C4, EMP grenades, untraceable ammunition rounds with different effects to a pair of custom made handguns, throwing knives, hidden projectile shooters at his wrists and ankles including smaller grappling hooks utilizable from his wrists, etc.
