History
Justin comes from a middle class family as the eldest of three. Growing up he was always expected to look after his younger siblings, a job he took very seriously. Justin was a brilliant student and a gifted athlete in highschool which brought him several offers for scholarships from schools. Justin chose to go to Gotham University to stay close to his family and continue looking after his brother and sister. While on a trip with some friends Justin's family was killed during a robbery gone bad. Justin blames himself for what happend even though he knows there was nothing he could've done to prevent it. He took a year off school and left not telling anyone where he was going. Nobody knows what Justin did in that year, but when he returned he seemed changed. With Batman as his inspiration Justin took to the streets as Nightstalker to protect the innocent though he takes a slightly more violent approach.

Powers: Although human, Caliber possess' a keen intellect, fast reflexes, good strength and durability. These factors go well together with the fighting style she has inherited, making her a difficult opponent to go up against.

Equipment: Caliber uses a strong drug/steroid known as Venom. The substance and the distribrution method is more well hidden and compact than that of Bane's. Usage of Venom enhances her physical abilities, including her strength, and healing process to superhuman levels.

Weakness: Though Venom doesn't work up an addiction for Esmeralda, the downside with it is that using the drug, depending on the amount, will harm her body.

Personality: She has a rather dominative personality but enjoys meeting worthy adversaries. Also cocky.

History: A descendant of Bane through generations, Esmeralda prefers working as a killer for hire amongst protection and delivery of difficult items to distribute.

Martial Arts: Since the ripe age of seven, Sinclair has been attending paid martial arts lessons including tai chi, jiu jitsu, karate, and other MMA. Studied a relatively new fighting method developed in Manila which consists of very rapid movements, but is dictated by a "flow" so that to block and fight, one does not even have to be able to see.

Sleeve Spikes: Three black titanium spikes on either forearm of her combat suit.
Cat Claws: A customized throwing weapon, engineered to return to her like a boomerang if it misses its target. It is simply shaped as an X and made from black titanium.
Cat Eyes: Small discs which, from the side, resemble the slits of a cat's eyes. These discs have varying effects including taser, flashbang, tear gas, etc.

Personality: Destro is about the most competent out of all of Black Mask's pawns. That said, he's still a pawn. He ultimately lacks a soul and has the ruthlessness of a corrupt businessman. He's greedy and demanding. He's also rather formal. He has a massive superior complex

History: Talon began his Gotham ventures as a member of the Gotham Police Dept. Eventually he worked his way into becoming a successful businessman. However, in making a few bad deals, he eventually went under. Ashamed, he turned to crime, becoming one of Gotham's most potent Crime Bosses. Then came Black Mask. Though potent, Talon's endeavors were constantly interrupted by the night vigilantes. Black Mask offered him a chance to make him untouchable and immortal so long as he agreed to work for him. Talon agreed to undergo an operation that'd make him the man-machine, Automaton. Since then he has frequently been a thorn in many vigilantes' sides, never resting and always avoiding capture. He also has the highest success rate of any of Black Mask's pawns and is notably one of Black Mask's "Rooks"

Powers: Talon's body is comprised a a super-dense metallic alloy that a hit from a tank would hardly scratch. He's also armed with a number of weapons within. The bulk of his body also makes him one of the stronger beings in all of Gotham. He has numerous computers in his body that enhance efficiency ten fold.

Weakness(es): Electromagnetic Pulses have some effect in temporarily disabling his body though he is still capable of thought while paralyzed. This notably only lasts for minutes at a time, an hour at most. If hit hard enough with enough consistency the iron bulk of the machine can be penetrated and if done properly, he'll leak fluid necessary to function. His massive bulk makes him fairly slow but he tends to more than make up for this with his strength. The power battery in his chest is slightly (very slightly) less durable than the rest of him. If destroyed, it takes several hours for his back up generator to give him a reboot.

History
Kat and Lisa Park wanted their child to be perfect in every way. They searched through thousands of candidates but none of them met thier high standards. The two had all but given up hope of finding the perfect donar until they were told about the Legacy Initiative. There they found their perfect donor- a man with an incredible intellect and unparalleled talents who came from a well known family in Gotham. After nine months Kat and Lisa had their perfect child, a boy they named Edgar Joseph. Independently wealthy, Lisa and Kat were able to give Edgar the best of everything. They expected him to be exceptional but Edgar surprised them by not only meeting their high expectations but surpassing them.
Edgar never thought to ask who his father was growing up but when he turned eighteen he decided to ask. His mothers' told him about the Legacy Initiative but they never met the donor or even asked his name. Curious Edgar set out to research the Legacy Initiative learning that it was a program started by Wayne International. When he went to try to find out who the donor might have been he was shot down. Not satisfied Edgar continued to dig enlisting the aide of a freelance journalist named Eric Vale. Together they discovered that the donors to the Legacy  Initiative were members of the Wayne family, direct or indirect. After a year of digging and research Edgar finally learned who is father was- Damien Wayne, son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al'Ghul.
With his new knowledge Edgar set out to learn more about his father's family digging deep into the history of Gotham. He learned that his fore fathers helped to build the city and were among the cities elite families. He also discovered that the Wayne family had a secret no one was able to discover. Wanting to know more he went to the abandoned Wayne Manor searching the grounds until he found the Wayne family history book detailing the families background all the way back to the old country but no mention of what the family secret might be. Frustrated he decided to give up, he had learned who his father was and that was what he originally set out to do. Taking on last look around his family home, thinking it might be a good idea to restore this place, he stumbled on a secret chamber where he found a journal, the Secret History of the Wayne Family. Reading through it he finally learned his father's secret and decided to follow in his footsteps.
Over the next fifteen years Edgar sought out the best in every field he'd need to become Batman. He learned how to turn his body into a living weapon from the greatest martial artist of the world. He surprised most of his mentors grasping complex concepts quicker and easier than they expected. Edgar also knew that if he was going to follow in his fathers footsteps he must also learn to be a great business man. Finally ready to return home he was surprised to hear that his mothers had been attacked and decided his first task as the new Batman of Gotham would be to find those men.
Upon arriving home he first visited his mothers apologizing for leaving them for so long before swearing that the men that attacked them would be brought to justice. He was shocked to hear that the attackers were officers in the GCPD working for the local crime boss. He was equally shocked to hear that if not for a man and woman in bat suits they could have been killed. Hearing this forced Edgar to change his plans and he switched his focus from establishing Batman to regaining his father's company. Before he could make any claim to the Wayne inheritance he had his name legally changed to Edgar Bruce Wayne, feeling that including the name of his grandfather would carry more weight than just changing his last name to Wayne. After reclaiming Wayne International Edgar set out to reclaim the mantle of the Bat from whoever was running around pretending to be like his ancestors.
Edgar chose to focus on weeding out the crooked in the GCPD before cleaning out the gangs and mobs, a task that often brought him to the aid of the real criminals. His actions as Batman confused many but this did not concern him. He was more concerned with what this was doing to the image of Batman in general. He regretted being forced into this situation but ultimately decided the ends justified the means. And on top of that there were dozens of other vigilantes in Gotham that would clean up the scum he left behind. He soon began to wonder if it would if it would be best to allow the new kid to continue as Batman and take up a new mantle.
After studying and researching Derek and the rest of the new bat family Edgar decided it would be in Gotham's best interest if he were to step aside. He met with Derek finally turning the mantle over and taking on a new mantle. He chose to go by Talon watching over Gotham and the Bat family making sure they continue to uphold the tradition of his ancestors vowing that should any cross that fine line Batman and his associates have always walked he would be there to take them down.

Having come back, Angelica is, by no means, rusty. In fact, she's even better now than she was when she left. Her primary goal is to get Lorelei back and put Black Mask back behind bars. But a failed rescue mission presumably ended in a man's death when she failed to stop Madcap from presumably drowning someone in a Lazarus Pit with extra chemicals added. As part of a guilt trip, occasionally Angelica's vengeful side shows through.

Aside from that, he has always been easy going and generous outside of his caped persona, which is a quality he often displays during his facade performance in the day life so that he may leave a presence before suddenly disappearing to wear the cape.
He is a rather brilliant actor which goes together well when he decides to disguise and infiltrate.

Martial Arts Mastery - Clue is a master of various forms of martial arts.
Marksmanship - Clue is an expert marksman from most any medium from firearms to archery.

When it comes to insanity, there are only two of Gotham's most wanted that you're bound to find in the dictionary beside the word. Where the Joker is one, Clue very quickly turned up as the second. Clue is utterly uncaring about everything. He will cause anyone pain if it simply means getting Batman's attention to play. However, not everything he does has Batman in mind. Occasionally he does things simply because he can. Clue tends to make things up as he goes along and very seldom has an elaborate plan mapped out.

History:
While no one knows anything regarding Clue prior to his mercenary career, Clue made himself relatively known as a mercenary called The Hit-Man for a long run. However, a hit was eventually put on the head of none other than the masked hero known as The Batman. He lured Batman out to a power plant where he had a gang ready. Batman easily plowed through them all and the fight came down to the two. An unfortunate jab found Batman leaping out of the way and the mercenary punched a transformer, shocking himself terribly and brutally scarring him. A miracle drug in his system kept him alive thanks to its own healing properties but it also burned into his system, derailing his adrenalin checking systems. After seeing his face, he went absolutely insane and grew obsessed with Batman, now donning the name of The Clue and proving himself to be one of, if not the most dangerous foes in the current Batman's rogues gallery.

History:
Lorelei's parents were no good from the start. Her father was a drinker and her mother was the mindless housewife that let hr husband beat her around. When her father comes home one night completely drunk, he kills her mother before Lorelei's eyes. He then attacks Lorelei who shoots him in self defense, using a gun her mother had hidden. After her father is arrested, a traumatized Lorelei is orphaned and from then on trusts no one. She finds comfort in the tales of Batman and in telling people that the Bat is real but no one would believe her.

Later, Lorie would meet Angelica Foster at a diner and the waitress would befriend the young teen.

Later, Angelica opts to leave her mantle to someone more worthy of it, selecting Bat-Girl whose motives are better served and whose heart is much more pure and always in the right place. Lorelei takes her up on this offer and becomes the new Bat-Girl.

Later, Lorie nearly gets herself killed in fighting off an Ice themed super criminal. To protect against this in the future, she designs a thermal suit. This suit makes use of her earlier invented energy tech and utilizes it to preserve body heat as well as concentrate heat and generate fire, thus allowing the wearer to fly when using the suit. With this suit, Lorie adopted the temporary alias of Firefly, an alias she oft returns to when she needs the extra boost.

Lorie's final identity, that of the much more vengeful vigilante known as Catalyst, is introduced during the time period that she spent with Bat-Woman as her apprentice. Lorie had given up on Derek as Batman for a time, not trusting that he could ever return to being Derek. She couldn't stand to be the one wearing the mask of a bat where the other was wearing the mask of a man. When she later found herself tortured by Paradox, she had endured a fair amount of mental trauma. This very trauma led her to actually kill a person. Following this, she found herself to be losing her grip on reality. Bat-Woman took her under her wing, dubbing her Catalyst; a dark, violent, borderline psychotic, and sometimes overly playful vigilante.

It is later determined that Lorie suffers from multiple personality disorder. She is either completely disturbed and vengeful, compassionate and just, or insecure.

Lorelei later regained dominance over herself after watching Batman nearly get himself killed by The Clue. While she still has her bouts with her Catalyst persona, she is in better control now and parades as Black Bat. (Design meant to resemble a Batman Beyond type of look)

Red Lazarus Formula - The Red Lazarus Formula was derived from an imbalanced mixture of the Lazarus compound and the source of her powers.  The formula was believed to be a corruption of the original formula by the League of Shadows but Kasumi's curiosity led her to try it and, to her surprise, she found that it was even more impressive and the effects seemed to be permanent, or at least longer lasting.  For one reason or another, the Red Lazarus compound only works on her as there is something off about her biology.  In anyone else it either induces permanent madness or even death.

Bat-Arsenal - Vampire Bat has been taking the bat equipment from under Wayne's nose for months, having been well trained in its use due to its similarities to equipment she trained to use with the League of Shadows.  Her arsenal, however, includes much more, as well as more traditional League of Shadows equipment and weapons.

Demon Blade - Kasumi's back mounted sword is an ancient, mystical weapon, the metal of which gets stronger, the more innocent blood is spilt in its presence.  The blade is capable of slicing through virtually anything, even Kryptonian flesh.  However, it is sentient and forms symbiotic bonds with those it deems fit to wield it.  If one tries to wield it and they are not worthy, it will cripple them with a pain beyond describing.  It can be mentally controlled by those it has formed its bond with. That or it directs itself when released by its wielder.

When her curiosity pertaining to the Red Lazarus Compound resulted in her testing it and acquiring Vampire-Like powers, Kasumi brought the knowledge to Delilah who had her exiled from the League of Shadows.  While she may loathe Delilah for exiling her, she is still honor-bound and respects the decision.  Later, the Bat-Family reemerged and Kasumi was inspired by this to take interest in them, believing that if she could do what no member of the League of Shadows, not even the great Ras al'Ghul could do, then she would not only be sought out by the League, but she would inherit a position of power in it.  And so it began.  She became an employee under Wayne International after forging records for herself.

Kasumi first appears as an assassin who attempts to kill Bat-Woman, mistaking her for Bat-Girl(Angelica).  When Bat-Woman escapes, she continues her search, eventually finding herself in battle with Batman himself.  Another wrench is thrown into the plan when Moth turns up to help Batman and appears to have accidentally fatally wounded her.  However, she attacks using the power bestowed upon her by the Red Lazarus formula and Moth is inevitably killed, after which point, she escapes due to having a compromised arsenal.

It is unknown where she got it, but Kasumi has recently come into contact with the mythical demon blade: a weapon so dangerous that it's said even the God of War couldn't wield it.

Nightwing Suit: Nightwing's current costume is made of a version of the Nomex fire-resistant, triple-weave Kevlar-lined material. It is an excellent protection against damage, and it's also electrically insulated. Instead of a black cape for stealthing, the suit is light sensitive, darkening when there is more light in the area. The current costume is a stylized blue "wing" across his shoulders and extending to his hands, coloring his two middle fingers, over a black torso and legs. Nightwing's costume is tailored specifically to his unique style of crime-fighting. As such, his costume has fewer body-armor inlays than Batman's, anticipating a decreased need for shock-absorption and an increased capacity for motion ("Move more, get hit less."). History:

Joseph was born a Grayson, the son and second child of Brian Grayson the owner of Haly's Circus. Joseph was given the best education as a child along side his older sister and were trained in the acrobatic arts, a family tradition. Joseph and his sister became the new "Flying Graysons" a homage to the old Flying Graysons of Haly's Circus prior to their murder. Joseph traveled with the circus until 18 when he went off to college to study law wanting to become a police detective. When his father died due to a heart attack his older sister inherited the Circus along with Joseph but Joseph was unable to be with the Circus full time so he let his sister take full ownership.

Joseph was one of the few good cops left in Gotham City. He didn't take bribes and he never looked the other way when it came to crime. Blame it on being one of the youngest detectives in the city but he wanted to clean up the city and do it right. However that all changed when the mob wanted him to become dirty. He refused and his wife and daughter were gunned down one day outside of his daughter's school.

Joseph hell bent on revenge decided to become a vigilante, he used his police training and acrobatic skills take on criminals. One day he tracked down the mob boss that had ordered the hit on his family. He was close to killing the man but thoughts of his family made him take the moral high road and had the mobster locked away. However Joe was realizing that he wasn't the most skilled out there he needed training as he'd had far too many close calls. He found himself a teacher, the League of Assassins.

In the League Joseph learned very quickly and rose through their ranks become one of the League's best. However, he didn't believe in the philosophy of the League and he left the League in a rather hostile way, besting every assassin that was sent against him after he broke away. Eventually Joseph returned to Gotham and took up his old job as a detective. It wasn't long until he was back out at night fighting crime, this time with the training and skills to make a real difference. Joseph then took up the mantle of his grandfather Dick Grayson and became Nightwing.

Red Hawk Suit: The costume Red Hawk wears is composed by reinforced Kevlar and a little percentage of titanium; it's bullet-proof and resistant to various types of attack (explosions, impacts, falls, etc...). It's also flame-retarding and insulating. The gloves and the boots are reinforced to rebound the impact of punches and kicks. The gloves have also some metallic blades on their sides. The cape is designed to provide the wearer with controlled gliding functionality with the ability to change directions and heights while in mid-air. The mask has a little percentage of lead, which shields the face of Red Hawk from x-ray powers or x-ray technology, and incorporates an infrared and night vision viewer, auditory sensors and a sonar. History:

Aaron is the son of Carl Blair, a former army General who went into business for himself in the private sector after retiring. Carl Blair made a vast fortune designing and selling arms to the Western superpowers like the United States and United Kingdom. Being a child of money Aaron was given the best education money could buy in Gotham City. Aaron was also rigorously trained by his father to be in perfect shape as he wanted his son to have every benefit in life, brains, brawn, and money would certainly help.

Aaron's father arranged for several martial arts masters to travel to America and train his son in the various arts such as Karate, Escrima, Aikido, and Judo. Aaron's father also had professional MMA fighters and Boxers come to Gotham to train his son in both styles as well. By age 15 Aaron was a walking weapon. However being a military brat Aaron was instilled with a very strong sense of Duty, Honor, Respect, and Discipline but was also taught to be a free thinker and to not just obey orders.

Aaron lived a near perfect life until he was 17 when his father died. The Mob had been trying to get his father to provide them with his high quality weapons for years and had finally grown tired of his refusals. One day when Aaron came home he found the place trashed and his father killed. Fortunately his mother had not been there. Aaron was angry, understandably and he went out looking for the men who killed his father. However his uncle James tracked him down and stopped him. His uncle was also former military and knocked some sense into his nephew, if Aaron went after them and killed any of them they'd be able to track him back and then kill him and his mother. Aaron took that as he needed a disguise. So using the inheritance he had gotten he went to work and forged himself a suit and gear taking heavily from the designs he'd seen at the Batman Museum. He modeled his costume after that of the famous Robin and Nightwing and called himself Red Hawk. He then set out to track down his father's killers and get his revenge on them.

During the Brainiac Invasion Red Hawk took to the streets fighting the forces of Brainiac alongside the GCPD and Nightwing while the Justice League confronted Brainiac himself.

History:
Alan is the son of an incarnation of the villain, Cat-Man.  Cat-Man had been given the highest human physique on a non-superhuman scale as part of a volunteer program that would hopefully pay him enough to pay the bills.  However, when the experiment worked and he was ripped off, he turned to crime, killing the people that'd put one over on him and continuing this criminal career as a surprisingly competent mercenary among other things.  He'd amassed a significant fortune, all technically acquired legally.  However, when he was later found himself paying for his criminal actions in the past and was remarkably given another chance, he turned himself around.

A fair amount of his fortune gone, Carson eventually married Janice and the two had a son whom grew into Alan.  Alan was never kept from the truth.  He'd been told many times not to do what his father had done.  He loved his father and could hardly see how his father had ever done anything so terrible or have such a horrible reputation.

Alan trained with his father growing up.  Carson knew that it was inevitable that eventually his son would turn to his natural gifts to carve his way in life.  So in an effort to start him off early, he invests in equipment and builds up an identity as the boy wonder for him, determined to make sure Alan DOESN'T follow in his own footsteps.

During the Brainiac Invasion, Carson nearly decides to go out as Cat-Man once more, but now in the interest of helping the efforts against the attack.  Alan overhears this and decides to help on his own as Robin.  When Cat-Man is injured and Robin rescues him, Carson recognizes his son and decides to put away the orange and yellow get-up for good now and let his son have his time.

History: Next to nothing is known about to man who calls himself Tobias Beck save for the fact that there is next to nothing known about him. Tobias Beck however claims to have a colorful history. He was born on January 18th 1771, one hundred years prior to the Unification of Germany. He was born in Königsberg the capital of the Prussian Empire. Tobias was the subject of a alchemy experiment in 1789 when he was 18 and was given a synthesized electrum compound which stopped his aging and gave him a strong healing factor. The compound also enhanced his natural physiology. After the enhancements Tobias traveled the world learning and training but never forgot his homeland. He was a strong German Nationalist and was a supporter of the Lesser German Solution which sought to unify the northern German states and exclude Austria.

Tobias eventually built himself a large fortune by starting his own weapons company called Eisen Waffen (Iron Weapons) and he provided arms to the Prussian Army and eventually the German Army in both World War I and World War II. Though he supported Germany in the Second World War he was a staunch opponent to the concept of Nazism and aided the failed attempts to kill Hitler such as Operation: Valkyrie. After the Third Reich's fall Tobias went to work trying to rebuild Germany and reunify it.

Tobias would amass a vast fortune by selling arms via Eisen Waffen to military forces around the world, playing both sides in literally almost every war by selling through the black market to terrorist groups, warlords, and crime syndicates. Eventually Tobias would have a controlling stake in every high profile organized crime group, the Yakuza, Triads, Russian Mafia, Irish Mob, and the Italian Mafia. Tobias Beck controlled them all indirectly and reaped the benefits from afar. On a larger scale Tobias would affect national politics to instigate wars and keep his arms business booming.

Today Tobias Beck is one of the world's wealthiest men in the world with a fortune that dwarfs that of even the Wayne Fortune in Gotham City. Tobias' current goals is to gain a stronger foothold in the United States through legitimate business to eventually be able to affect the United States government on a larger level and start up another World War so that he may reap the benefits of the arms build up. The first step, absorbing Wayne Enterprises into Eisen Waffen International by any means.
