I say Iron Crest, since he can do anything Iron Man can, plus auto-adapt, plus teleport.

I think they're very alike. Tony would upgrade his suit to match the likes of Iron Crest, but when it came down to actually ending the fight once and for all, Iron Man wouldn't go for the kill.
